Remarks

IP has a reputation and it comes under IPU that is why. Degree has a value of its own and the fees and the study is worth opting for. And moreover I wanted to take computer science. According to my rank I got the best stream over here.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good in academics but the co curriculum and other things are not very great. The freshers or the other festivals that are celebrated very nicely in other colleges. Here the arrangement is okayish. There is only canteen food and no such arrangements. They don't spend that much on that, we don't feel like going also.

The placement and job opportunity are good for top rankers I feel, and that is in every college. The cream students take all the good jobs. The average ones also get jobs. There is a problem in mechanical stream but otherwise everybody easily gets a job.

College Events

Participations are great but the festivals are not very great. The arrangements done are okay.

Campus Life

Good infrastructure. It's vast and all the space is used nicely. We have a big lawn. In which we can play or sit and chat. A whole lot of area is nicely used and they have even done some new constructions this year.

I feel like the curriculum is a little out dated and boring but due to a good faculty it makes the course more worthwhile The curriculum is very text based and less practical and more emphasis on bookish knowledge persists still .

Students after completing third year are eligible for placement. Placements start before starting of fourth year, and it requires students to have no backlogs in any subjects. However companies can imply their own rules to filter the students such as minimum CGPA criteria. But placements of our college is one of the best placement for a non-IIT college, despite having so many student intake.

Campus Life:

The Fest organised by this college is Priyadarshini and the annual fest Rajnigandha. The Fest are not great in comparison to other du college and are not that much celebrated. There are many different kinds books present in library like literature,Hindi, Chemistry, Maths, zoology, biology, botany, political science, History Geography the books are only alloted till 12pm and only for 15 days after that you will be charged if book is not returned Sports and Extracurricular are good but classrooms are not that great most projectors in classrooms don't work . There are many good societies in college like jamini the art society and others but joining has caused students to leave their classes which affects them academically

I have applied for JEE entrance examination and I have scored 65 percentile in JEE examination and then I applied in GGSIPU for addmission then according to my percentile during 4 rounds of councelling I got HMRITM college and then I went to college and do all the process to join the college and the fees of first year was 135700 in which 10000 is the security amount which will be returned after completion of graduation and next three years fees will pe 125700 respectively...Read More
