Remarks

I joined Manipal institute of technology because it is the top ranked private Engineering College in India and has made various achievements in every field. The placement facilities of the college was also good, even the campus, food etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum, syllabus of MIT is different from VTU College in Karnataka since its and autonomous College of Manipal university. College focuses on technical and behavioural growth of student. Students can gain benefit from the faculties as they are available to them all the time.

Placement Experience

4.5

Manipal institute of technology has good placements. Almost 80-90% of students get placed though campus placement drives. The placement for IT branches are good but when in comes to core branches there is a shortage of companies as its the same in all Engineering colleges.

College Events

4.5

Co curricular activities are good in Manipal institute of technology, many programs are conducted in MIT for the students as was as faculties so that they can gain benefit. MIT as its a good college so it hosts big fests in the campus. It is very fun in college fests.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of Manipal institute of technology campus is of premium standard with tall buildings, clean lanes, garden's. The College management has made all facilities available for th Students use like wifi, coolers, food court, grounds etc.

They have 95% placements. Many of students started there intern after 1st year but I tried at last year and selected it was no-payable but got experience and now I'm taking 10 lpa. My friend got payable at 2nd year but he didn't improve his skills and struggled at last he lost placement but got hired in developing company. If you don't get placement no worries on that you can improve skills in college and take of teachers

Course Curriculum Overview:

We have really packed timings. We also have a lot of chances. Like an exchange program, internships and many chances to act or work in actual projects. I really hope they could teach us animation in the course and it would really help if the clubs are active. For every exam we have to come up with something new totally out of the box. sometimes we also have to work overtime.

As i have heard from my seniors the placements are good. It all depends in our creativity and knowledge on how to tackle the outside problems. The highest package must be around 3500000 and lowest package must be around 100000.

In our period it was prestigious to study commerce stream in our college and had good rating for the course and the for students who passed out from that college. The management had good lot of concern about the poorer section of the society and hence kept the fee structure at a very nominal level and thus help to get education for all

We didnt have any campus placements coming to your college at my time. We had to look fo jobs on our own and most of the students went for higher studies however I have heard that the college has started calling small companies for recruitment purpose.
