Remarks

Choosing Manipal institute of technology was a great decision by me because i choose one of the finest educational institutes in the country providing excellent education and skills. When it comes to co-curricular activities and student life, its a beautiful thing here with a good friendly atmosphere it feels Great to study at MIT.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum and syllabus is up-to-date and doesn't require any improvement. academics in Manipal institute of technology is considered very strictly, and everthing is kept in count. Academics is the key of placements. faculties at MIT are helpful, experienced and skilled.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 450000 per year

Placement Experience

placements at MIT are pretty good for IT enthusiast's as most of the companies that visit the companies are software MNC's and hire Students from CS, IS branches. Companies offer impressive package to the Students and even some students are placed abroad. Overall the placement facility at MIT is good not so good for core branches.

College Events

At Manipal institute of technology we have event's like techtatva and revels. The fests are interesting and fun. Those are big event's of Manipal. students from various colleges participate in the fest and it is very goof experience.

Campus Life

Manipal institute of technology and well structured campus like the other top Indian universities. All the facilities are available in the campus for the students use. There are large auditorium's for talks, garden's, wifi, food court with all cuisine's available as Manipal institute of technology attracts Students from different parts of globe.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.

Life at MIT Manipal
