Remarks

I wanted to move out of Chennai for my college for a change. While I searching colleges outside Chennai I found Puducherry to be closest and moreover my uncle was also residing there. Pondicherry Engineering College is one of the best colleges in Puducherry for Engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was renewed for our batch and it is quite good. The faculties are also working hard to prepare for classes by making presentations and so. Their style of teaching is good and also very supportive when we participate in hackathons and other College symposiums.

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

It's actually quite good. Well reputed companies are helding campus interviews at our college and also offer good packages.

College Events

The infrastructure is not that good but extracurricular activities are abundant. Our college conducts various events and has got numerous clubs and cells including a Women's Cell. These clubs host various events throughout the semester. And also department symposiums will be held by individual department for which other departments and also other college students can participate.

Pondicherry University - The green campus

Placement Experience:

There is no placement history for our course. The main department offering placement in the campus is mba . They have the highest placement history . Also MCA people have placements . Companies like tcs , hdfc bank etc visit. Approximately 50% students get placement. Since there is no placement in our department , I'm planning to take masters.
