Remarks

The University is a fine product of studying around nature and grasping things in a different way. The university is accredited rank 2 for its greenery and plantation, students are quite friendly and there is a vast diaspora of people coming to this university.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is a fine one but sometimes we feel that the syllabus duration and it's speed can be altered and there should be more industrial exposure as my field is totally related to that only. Architecture as in degree is quite famous from GNDU, Amritsar.

In B. Arch, there is a rule that university or college never provides any sort of campus placement and the student has to search and work on its own.

College Events

The events are quite big and there are a lot of activities and events in gndu, all these events are mostly held every year around the same time. Life in the college is quite interesting and reliable and everyone is safe inside the campus premises.

Overall university is nice but i would suggest to opt for government colleges if you are looking in Chandigarh

Placement Experience:

In last year means in semester 5th , amity offers placements. Companies visited was amazon, Google, microsoft , airtel , flipkart , deloitte and adobe in 2023. Package:- highest 10 lakh per annum and average was 5-6 lakh per annum offered by deloitte and hdfc 8000+ students got placements. My plans after the degree are Ma in clinical psychology from abroad.

Its is good college in terms of money and their atmosphere

Placement Experience:

Our college is not so good in terms of placement. Our college is not tied up with the MNC for the placements of the students. Mostly sales-related jobs are offered in the placements. The highest package offered by our college is approx 7 LPA and the average package is 4.8 LPA. According to my point of view, only 15 to 20 percent of students can get jobs.

I chose this as it is one of the well-known colleges for mbbs in Punjab. 10:225, Faculty, are postgraduates. With an experience of more than 5years mostly. At the end of the year, there were exams that are a bit difficult to pass.
