Remarks

Good for science,good campus, in mumbai one of the best, nice labs, nice teachers, good academia, well behaved students with high intellect. The study quality is good and the most important thing is that this college is an autonomy so they have their own modified syllabus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty is not so great of physics but academic portion is great and we can explore a wide range. Dr nana pradhan is a good professor. Some are really biring and some are having less knowledge, overall its good college for stats and all but not for physics

I dont know that much because i haven't been to college placement cell but i have heard that tata consultancy and some other companies offer jobs to statistics students and moreover any one can apply for the job who has a good gpa

Really annoying campus life but students were good, vpm is not that good but ok ok, and vpm means vidyarthi prasarak mandal which organized all events and the extra curricular activities i haven't done because i stay far away from college

Well worth the journey!

Course Curriculum Overview:

Parricularly the modules which focused on animal science & botany, the curriculum was built to learn from basics to the advance level towards research area of biology which impressed me alot. The focus on animal biology, statistics, cell biology & genetics, ecology & wildlife conservation, Immunology & biotechnology leads a foundation to successfully enter the real-world and apply this knowledge for better cause of humans as well as animals. As the therotical teaching method can differ from on-hand experience on field there is a need to improve the course curriculum around this issue. The learning period was designed perfectly in-course of the prepaption time between each test and it wasn't difficult if we are well prepared.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's average or below average in term of real world experience curriculum there no such thing. Teaching is not bad there are big screen in class to teach from and blackboard. But most students don't know anything about the real world projects and techniques. Syllabus is controlled by mumbai University is too told and does not have any use in real world industries which need to be changed and most important since IT sector is something which advances and changes each year

Looks Good on Paper, Fails in Practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

I\n Chose this course in specific this college.Because first of all , it was afforrable as compared to others institutes.I can say that we weren't getting any experience which can prepare us for the real world experience like we were made to sit in workshops which was not at all connected to our curriculum.And then later on, when we said we don't want to attend it.We were given lame excuses like this will help you. And we will give you certificates for this.And later on , we were given nothing. Course needs a lot of improvement.I guess because they doesn't favor student feedbacks. The exam are typically in june and depends upon ycmou college dosent have any role to it and its not that difficult with basic knowledge you can score well.

In univeral college from sem 6 students become eligible for campus placements, Name of the companies offered in placement is TATA TCS, Infotech , and etc. Highest package from our college is 10 LPA and average is 3.2 lacs per annum. 20% percent of students successfully get placed in the companies from our placement team. After getting degree i will prefer to study more with MCA two years of course and side by side business & developing webs and applications as this is my passion and motive. i will prefer business Now i am interested in python programming language and JAVA after this React JS, Node JS and PL / SQL + MONGO DB for backend programming which has no user interactions.

Out of fright I applied to many colleges like KC , ruia , ruparel , wilson , Elphinstone etc but atlast decided to choose ruia as the microbiology department of ruia is outstanding and the no. of opportunities one can get when in ruia is very vast and the growth which happens in a place like ruia where there is a team/group/society for evey persons liking and ability . I didn't got any rejections as my score was 67 and every other college's science cut off was very low so there were many choices for me to make so as per the credibility of evey college i compared the department and curriculum and RUIA turned out to be the best . IN RUIA ONE CAN DEFINITELY BALANCE STUDIES , WORK AND EQUAL AMOUNT OF FUN DURING FESTS.
