Remarks

It's beautiful campus, good opportunity, location (Delhi), great faculty, good peer group, supportive seniors, decent placement, etc are the factors that attracts me to choose this college. I am getting computer science branch in that college which is also a factor.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is old as most of the engineering colleges have but also it is scoring. Faculty is best here in MAIT as compared to other ipu colleges. You have to study akash just 2 days before semester exam to score 60-70 percent marks. So, Academics is also good but old.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 117200 per year

Placement Experience

Placement opportunities are ok ok. On an average 40 companies visit campus every year including Amazon, Flipkart, paytm, walmart, etc. If a student is good in coding and maintain a cgpa of 8.5 (which is easy ) he/she can get placed easily in a decent company with pay scale of 6-10 lpa or even more if he applies off campus.

College Events

Talking about campus life so, it depends upon your friend circle. Extra curricular activities here are good and very frequent but the problem comes when college teacher doesn't support the students to take part in it ( because of less attendence). Overall opportunities of activities here are good but you have manage them along with your daily schedule.

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

MAIT Review from the perspective of a student

Before 2019, all admissions to B.Tech programs were done through a test conducted by GGSIPU. But from 2019 JEE Mains scores are used for admission. The cutoff of different programs is decided by the University. An applicant has to fill out an online admission application form in which they have to mention their JEE Mains rank and their preferences of the GGSIPU colleges.
