Entrance Preview

It took the examination of iit mainsit scored 95 marks in the exam of IIT mains and i have scored 93.8% in my boards(cbse),which makes my rank 78981. Ihave chosen this course because i was not clear about the idea that what i have to do in the future. So according to my friends and family suggestion i took btech .

Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is study everything about computers. But our main focus is on learning various programming languages which helf us in the various software and app development and also be benefitial for our future.

Internships Opportunities

Actually i have not got any internship from the collage so my experience on it is zero. But many companies come over here and offer internship.our university also carries out student exchange program with universities all over the world.

Placement Experience

Placement and job oppourtunities are quiet good in the collage. Companies do come in my collage.the companies who do the mass placement in my collage is infosys. But one has to put his own effort to get the job.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure here is quiet expensive.our semester fee is 73000.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not availed any scholarship from the college. But our batch topper have got scholarship of semester fee.

Alumni/Alumna

I have not not came in contact with my alumni students but seniors are quiet humble and helpful in my university. Our campus is a ragging free campus . The senior students guide us better to what to do in our future.this thing is very helpful.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is quiet good. We have 3 sessional out of which best of 2 is counted and at the end we have to give final exam. Our exam of c is taken on a very high platform of hacker rank, which makes the exam structure interesting.

PEC is great choice

Placement Experience:

placements from rti report placement percentage is over 75 + and in ee its 74 percent cse 93 and ece 84 percent avg for cse is 18 lakhs and ece is 16 lakhs ee its 14 lakh and other branches have 8 10 lakh avg but the placemnt percentage in mechncial is 70 percent other branches like civil production have a little less percentage of placements but they have opportunities in college

Placement Experience:

In our college students need to have 6CGPA to still in campus placements and our college have a Club that overseas all the placement oppertunityies and the placement starts from 7th semester onwards when students starts there seventy semester the company's starts visiting campus for placement and internship opportunity as well

Saga of my life

Placement Experience:

Yes,very good college placements are available in our college.Students of 8 semester that is 4th year students are eligible for campus placement Companies such as TCS,wipro,amex,gemini solutions and etc many more companies are there for placement 60-80% students got placed in the companies with an average package of 8 lakhs and with a highest package of 35 lakhs Iam oriented towards govt jobs and in future if I will be interested in coding sector I will do preparation for off campus and specifically for Rubrik

Placement Experience:

Placement do occur in the college. It's average package is around 7.5, lakh. Since I am the first year right now, I don't have data to support the placement record, but some of my seniors of fourth year are getting placed. One of my IT senior got placed for 14 LPA and other other, my Cse senior got placed for around 12 LPA. so opportunities are there for those who want to do something

Nmims Chandigarh for btech review

Placement Experience:

We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus

Honest insider review - Chitkara University, Punjab

There was no such entrance exam sort of thing. they were just expecting a minimum percentage in the boards examination that too was very low to be honest. i didnt found such difficulty for the admission process as i had scored good marks in the 12th board. The application form was available on the official website of the university. The fees has been increased the last time i toook admission. It took 162,000 for 1 yr of college fees. No reservation benifits were availed by me being a GENERAL. Overall, the admission process was easy i found no diificulty. Although, they can improve the communication hrough the intermediater who accepted my form and took me thorugh the admission process. as it was online, i found some difficulty in communicating with themaslso havinng some misunderstandings with them.....Read More
