Entrance Preview

I appeared Diploma CET and got 990 State rank and being middle class student i chosen this college which is located in my hometown. Its great i have been part of this collge with this CET.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum always give satisfaction to students like me, one of the main reason students take admission in this college because college facilities are very good.

Internships Opportunities

My internship experience was really wonderful i got very good stipend which helped me a lot, its great to be part of internship and its environment, everyone must take it as internal part which is very useful.

Placement Experience

During my last semester 60 students of my batch are placed in well reputed companies, companies like Tech mahindra, TCS, wipro etc. visits every year. these companies offer packages from 2.5 to 7 lakh.

College Events

Summer storm is one of the best event in my college which is celebrated every year which includes all types of technical and cultural activities including seminars and webinars within college server to make it popular throughout all branches in college.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didnt availed any loans facility, but my friends availed and they said they are satisfied with scholarship and loan facilities of different categories.

Campus Life

As i said College and it Campus is kingdom, we get all types extracurricular activities including cricket, badminton, tennis, no gender ratios in our college.

Exam Structure

Monthly internal tests were conducted so that student involve more in studies also lab internals conducted every 15 days, so that students get more practical knowledge.

Fully experienced and friendly new faculties make this college attractive for its teaching environment. Each of the faculties are very helpful any situations.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Course Curriculum Overview:

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year
