Entrance Preview

There is no need to give any additional passing exam for entrance one just need to get marks in class 12th board examination and secure atleast more than 60 per cent marks which is their normal cut off marks.

Internships Opportunities

No the college does not provide any intrenship but other activities here makes the student more extrovert. The students who are interested in doing part time accounts related job can get it through the college with the help of college. The stipend for the part time is around 10000 to 15000 per month which is more than enough.

Placement Experience

Placement here is a bit matter of issue but the overall personality develops here which assures you more job opportunities. The companies that come here is PNB metlife and some of less known companies but you get a lot of exposure here. Carrying on a degree with bhawanipur on it reflects your personality and make your job easy attainable.

Fees and Financial Aid

No there is no loan or scholarship facility provided according to my knowledge .It is totally based on fees and merit but you can get it from the banks.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell club which functions in the college itself which is efficient in providing over 67 to 98% of students with placements. This percentage can vary for different years and different courses. The college has been successful in attracting top recruiters like deloitte, wipro, TCS, and leader companies from various other sectors. Packages vary significantly from 4 to 6 LPA up to 24LPA. After getting my degree i am planning to first make sure that i have completed my CA course that i am pursuing alongside. And then going ahead with either a job outside kolkata or open a business in kolkata itself.

Having fun at St. Xavier's

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum aligns well with the professional courses like CA and CMA. it has a lot of classes like value added course, modern indian language etc. which help us grow overall. The seminars are very helpful. We submit presentations on rela world topics which prepare us beyond the clasroom. It could be improved to reduce the excess theory portions. The frequency and timing is wonderful.

Beyond Books : Life at St. Xaviers

Placement Experience:

The students from their 3rd year become eligible for campus placement. Different companies including the Big 4 like Deloitte KPMG etc made offers in 2024-25 and the average package offered in BCOM was 4.5 LPA. I plan on sitting for the placements after i get my degree, that is if im not pursuing my articleship at the time.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me .
