Remarks

One of the best Government College in Town, Good location as it is very close to my house Best Faculty indeed, you've some knowledgeable faculty from various sectors good environment as in studying, there is not much of a union chaos.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is updated this time. No, we don't get any internship after this course from college whereas other courses, they have some people coming and giving them internships. Santanu Ghosh Sir is an amazing teacher and have been supportive since day 1.

College Events

My college celebrated all the festival where its holi or Ramazan, Eid or Diwali. We are invited and they gave us a one time meal as well. We have our freshers party farewell party and all the parties that a student has in his her college life.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes Kanyashree is the scholarship that I opted and got 25000 in my second year. It was basically for girls.

Campus Life

Our campus is really large. We have access to internet in library, ours is the oldest and largest library in Kolkata in College, wr have a garden where lab works are also carried out. We have a canteen as well and one library per course is also maintained

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.

I applied for almost all of the NAAC accredited A graded college. In each of those my name appeared for the selection list for admission.
