Christ University, BBA, Finance And International Business
Reviewed on Jul 25, 2020

Remarks

I wanted to be part of Christ University because the values and principles attracted me to be part of the institution. My mom was from a convent school and hence she also encouraged me to take this decision. I opted the course bba finace and international business as I wanted to learn more about how to run a business.

Course Curriculum Overview

I feel the course curriculum pretty much included subjects of various stream. We did go for industrial visits and made projects on our visit as well. The faculty was very strict and it was a bit difficult to cope up with them.

Internships Opportunities

Yes I did apply for an internship in the first year in Ernst & Young. It is a part of the Big 4. An interview was conducted to get into the internship.

Placement Experience

5

The placement process in the college is pretty vast. A variety of companies come to our college for placement. Some of the companies which have visited our college include Ernst & Young, Delloite, KPMG etc.

College Events

4.5

There were many extra curricular activities in college which one could take part in. This included music, dance and acting. Fests were held after every month and there was various participation from a number of colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

No I did not avail any loan facility. Scholarship facility was there for some students who achieved excellence in academics or in extra curricular activities in the second year as well as the third year.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of the college was pretty good. Wifi facility was available for all the students as well as the teachers. The library was of 2 floors with more than 10000 books on display. The labs were also well equipped.

Hostel Facilities

I lived in a pg in the first year and shifted to a flat in the second year. The average rent needed to be paid was about Rs. 10000-15000 per month. The hostel and pg accomodations were available at about 1km distance from the college
