Course Curriculum Overview

Our course is of a total of three years, and as we have a two-semester system, the curriculum comprises of a total of six semesters, the examinations are conducted at the end of semester, but there are tests held on a regular basis.

Placement Experience

The placement packages offered to us is great, the selection of students is done strictly, the students are selected 80% on the basis of the interview given by them and 20% on the students academic record.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of almost all the courses are very much reasonable, the fee for one year costs up to INR 3,600 and the cost of completion of the entire two-year course is INR 10,800.

Campus Life

Our campus has amazing infrastructure, we have an enormous sports ground where numerous sports tournaments are conducted, we have well maintained and well equipped computer labs, we have a gigantic auditorium where a lot of events are conducted.

Admission

To secure admission in this college for this course, I had to first apply to the college then I submitted the marks scored in grade 12 and entrance exam, on the basis of with a merit list was put up with the names of selected students.

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.
