Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very tiresome. We have to read a lot of research papers and scientifically processed books. Even if we have 18 classes, those are really needed to have the perfect attention to see the complete information. Missing a single information will lead towards failure only

Placement Experience

There is no compulsory internships available for the students of orthopedics. However, the college arranged stipend and certificate based trainings for the overall practical development and skill building of the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The entire course fee structure for the duration of three years in the program of masters of surgery in orthopaedics cost in less expensive. Students get scholarship as per the government rules and regulations.

Campus Life

The orthopedics educational program is in agreement to the mci rules. Classes are taken in detail. 75 percent participation is important and a few offices are exacting in regards to that. The college has its own events and participation is voluntary.

Admission

Admission into this prestigious Medical College and hospital is possible through the NEET post graduate examination. an application fees of rupees 1800 need to be send in favour of the college through demand draft.

Placement Experience:

there's practice school option in semester 4 which allows students to go to corporate company and work as an intern, giving students exposure to work experience. this can lead to a FTE placement as well. Maintaining 8+ GPA is very important in getting placed. I plan to get placed and work in AI roles.

BITS Pilani, Goa Campus- A road to an interesting life.

Placement Experience:

Students can start sitting in placements from the start of 4th year , when the Placement Division starts bringing companies to the campus. The average package for CS is around 20-26 LPA, for Electrical branches it's around 18-24 LPA and for Mechanical and Chemical it is around 13-16 LPA. These figures would've changed though from the last time I saw. Around 85-90% of the students get placed usually. Top notch companies like Google, Microsoft , DE Shaw, Arcesium Cohesity Rubrick recruit students every year for the tech roles and other prominent companies like Flipkart, Sprinkle, Intuiut and Coin Switch come for managerial roles as well. There is even a chance of getting a PPO through Summer Internship Program which kikstarts in the 3rd year where students compete to get internship in these top companies. Overall , BITS Goa has impeccable placement statistics

Bits Goa good or not

Placement Experience:

There is a dept for placements. 70 to 80 percent people get placed woth average package of 20 lakhs per annum. Mostly ot depends on interviews and how good internship you get in 3rd year. Cg plays a very imp role too.

The curriculum is cbme based this meets the international standards and students can attampt usmle aslo. The course give u exposure to real world scenarios. The course is good as it is. The exams take place every semester and end of the year finals. Moderately difficult to clear.

Bits goa brief review

Placement Experience:

The placements are very good because we have two compulsory internships called practice school to make us industry ready after the second year summer for 2 months and one semester in the 4th or 5th year placements start since 7th semester itself were most get offers in PPO thright the internships. 248 companies visited along with 631 students placed the average is 2083000 and median is 1650000. 76 percent of students got placed highest was 80lpa. I plan to get a job

I wanted to try for armed forced medical college as I wanted to serve the army along with the medicine and other requirements but was not possible as I couldn't score much in neet and I had to settle for whatever I was getting and I was happy with it.
