For getting into a medical college in India, you have to appear for the NEET entrance exam and based on its score a merit list is published based on which you are alloted a college, so basically you just have the Choice of setting the order of colleges but can't select one.

I had pretty decent marks & rank in NEET UG 2018 (AIR 23K & state rank 1600) had 4 more colleges above this also this college was in my hometown itself & never had I heard anything bad about this college so I I retained this one This college comes in Top 10 colleges in Maharashtra For OBC, in 2018 cutoff was 450-500 marks (last to first round respectively)

After 12th standard (science field), you need to give NEET, which is a entrance exam for medical field. Cutoff is different for every year and every college. Admission process is somehow difficult but if you've read all the conditions and instructions on college website then it will be easy. I would recommend counselling.

I cracked the NEET exam and then i was alloted this college i.e. Dr VMGMC Solapur by all india counselling on the basis of choice and marks ! The admission process was very easy as the brochure was provided earlier with all the details of the process. The exams are 4 in a year i.e. 2 internals, prelims and University exams.

The admission to this institution is by NEET counseling. The application form is available at MAHA CUET. Various reservations are present search for the one that suits you most. This is a very time-consuming process.

I had appeared for the first NEET-UG in the year 2013. Eligibility is 12th passing certificate with physics chemistry biology as subjects. MBBS course is a total of 5.5 years = 4.5 years of academics and 1 year of internship.

Providing you a lot of scope to master your clinical skills The college has a huge library. With a/c and non a/c. Compartments. The library provides wifi 24/7 and a computer room that can be used for educational and entertainment purposes The hostel has a huge campus with different courts for volleyball basketball and table tennis. There is huge ground for cricket as well as football. Badminton indoor court is also available. Cons:- The mess food is not something you might like. The hostel rooms are not spacious and are untidy The city of Solapur is small as compared to other metropolitan cities The government medical college of Solapur is a place worth learning from. I place i still miss after completing my undergraduate studies!!!

It is one of the most renowned and old medical colleges of Maharashtra. The academic front is very good. Labs are well equipped. Admission process starts about 2 weeks after the declaration of NEET results. It hai 85% state quota and rest all India quota.

The college is taken up by students who just failed to get the so called better colleges in Mumbai and Pune but this college is way better than the newly opened colleges in Mumbai. The only negative point is the hostels which are crowded and don't have good sanitation.
