Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is industriously designed and it gives us a deep insight into the facets of international business. Learning is a persistent process and the course is taught through coursework and complex case studies where we get a chance to apply the principles learnt in theory.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are amazing and the packages are also high. Top recruiters are from Google, Amazon, PepsiCo, Adani, airtel, titan, Godrej and bata among others. The average packages are around rupees 19 lakhs per annum and the highest domestic package can be around rupees 31 lakhs.
College Events
Our college organises a month-long social awareness programme where NGOs come and explain their plans and the students get an opportunity to work closely with an NGO and help them in building new strategies. Several sports competitions and quizzes are also organised.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the executive course is around rupees 3.5 lakh per annum. The fee is quite high but it is worth opportunities and facilities provided by the college. The placements are really good and the exposure which students get through international exchange programmes and internships is also worth it.
Campus Life
Though there is an extensive entrance exam consisting of several rounds, earlier there was a gender gap. But since 2015 the number of female students has increased by almost 25 per cent which is actually a good sign. Other activities like sessions with veterans and notable alumni give us a chance of learning and broadening our horizon.
Admission
In order to take admission in the executive postgraduate course, I first had to submit an application. After my application was shortlisted I was called for essay writing, group discussion and personal interview. After clearing all these rounds I was selected to take admission in the college.
Faculty
The faculty members are highly educated and P.hd holders and patiently teach us the concepts and clarify our doubts. Also, some of them have worked for big business firms so they give us an insight into the real corporate field and how theories are actually applied in real life.
