Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is excellent. B.Ed is a 2 year course and it is a bit hectic There is ample scope for learning, as there is exposure to various subjects like Gender, School and Society, Understanding Disciplines & Subjects, Pedagogy and so on.
Placement Experience
There is a placement cell within the department and they are responsible for various employment programs, seminars, etc. Many different MNCs, Corporate Houses, and Government Departments come to MU for Campus Recruitment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is quite affordable. The course has 4 semesters over a period of two years, and the fees for the first semester is Rs. 7500, second semester it is Rs, 10,850, third semester it is Rs. 6700, and for the fourth semester it is Rs. 8,750.
Campus Life
The university often organizes sports meets, fests, fairs and social and network activities.The students of the university are excellent in co-curricular activities. Many students have gotten awards in several aspects.
Admission
Admission to the B.Ed courses in done on the basis of the scores obtained in the entrance exam held by Manipur University. The process of admission is that you have to go to the college and submit the form along with all your documents.
Faculty
The professors have all at least cleared NET or SET examinations and most of them have PhD's or are doing their PhD's. The HOD is Dr Laisom Sharmeswar Singh and all other professors are really excellent.
