Events such as Annual day, Sports day, Freshers day, Nurses day, Farewell day, World health day, are celebrated here. Sports events and cultural activities are conducted in the month of November. All students and faculty actively participate and perform in all activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are feasible here. The tuition fees are ?350, registration fees ?500, examination fees are ?400, and other expenses are for ?11800. The total fees per semester will be ?13,050. They are very much affordable.
Campus Life
Being one of the best hospital in the country, PGIMER definitely has all the modern facilities. They have the best in category machines, labs and equipment. A student gets a chance to work with the latest technology and learn each and everything practically. In addition the quality of food in the doctor's mess is also good.
Admission
Admission was based upon the entrance exam which is held in the month of July every year at Chandigarh's campus. The students can download their admit cards from the official website. The entrance consists of 100 MCQs with negative marking of ? for every wrong answer.
Faculty
The faculty members are highly qualified, and knowledge is updated. The teaching is via lectures, demonstrations, bedside teaching and practical duties. The student-faculty ratio is roughly 20-25:1. The course is very helpful to garner your skills.
