Remarks

There are no negative remarks about this college. The college strives for excellence in imparting quality education through continual improvement in teaching, learning, research, morals and ethical values. It also has various policies which strengthen the integrity of the college. The learning experience for me was more than satisfying.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is a 4-year course and includes all the theoretical and practical subjects on the course. The relevant courses are divided into semesters and the exams are held both during the semester and at the end of it.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are good and the support is provided for the same from the college. The practical experience is provided and enough industrial visits are organized to get the experience required which gives an edge.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees of the course are INR 41,900 which is for 4 total years which is quite affordable in my opinion and the course offered is a good choice to get into a good career. Besides that, the fees are paid at the beginning of each year and there is no scholarship opportunity available.

Campus Life

The industrial visits take place frequently. Various activities, festivals and workshops are conducted to keep the students active. It also improves the integrity of the college. College staff and faculty members also involve themselves in the process.

Admission

Admission is done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the entrance test and interview. Candidates can register themselves for the Ph.D. program by submitting the application form available on the university?s official website. The admission form needs to be submitted with the admission fees and the merit list is prepared based on NEET score and 12th board marks.

Faculty

The faculty is very well experienced and qualified in the course and subjects they are very helpful and always express the importance of practical experience. They always help the students as well as teach their respective courses well.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th sem. Many companies visit and at least one person is hired by every company. Companies from UAE and international companies also make offers. Highest package was 9 lpa and average is 3.5-4 lpa. Only 5-10% students go for a job, others go for higher studies. I am too looking for a part time job with continuing higher studies. Overall the campus placement is good for students looking for a good job and pay. Most get hired as Assistant engineers.

Microbiology is mainly lab based work but it also teaches you other worldly things , the reason behind me choosing Bsc microbiology to do from ruia is because , once i had a talk to an alumni of ruia in which she mentioned that microbiology from ruia is basucally equal of engineering from an IIT.
