Good college for Architecture courses.

The course curriculum was vast. The duration of the course was five years. The curriculum includes the study of design, aesthetic theory as well as practical. Exam structure was good in our college. The college conducts examination on regular basis. Final examinations are conducted twice in a year.

Placement was average in our college. But, there were lot of opportunities for the past out students after completing the course. Many scopes are there in the field of real estate development in India. After completing my course, i work as a Architect in an Architectural firm. My starting salary package was around 4 lakh rupees annually. I join as a fresher and i was very happy with my packages.

The total fees was little bit expensive. The total fees of the five years course was around 6,40000 lakh rupees. My yearly fees was around 128000 lakh rupees. For some of the students, who are economically poor cannot afford to pay their fees. Besides the total fees, we need to pay examination fees before final examination.

Many scholarship was provided by the college. Some of the them are scholarship for SC/ST/SBC students with 100 % tuition fee waiver, scholarship to the OBC students as 50 percent of tuition fees waiver, Scholarship for Minority students for Undergraduate and postgraduate, Scholarships to the CET topper as 50 percent tuition fees waiver for undergraduate course, scholarship for Postgraduate GATE Topper etc. Students who cannot afford their fees can take educational loan given by many of the Banks with very low interest.

By participating in extracurricular activities we can keep our body and mind active. Our college organizes many extracurricular activities like sports and games, quiz and debates, drama, cultural functions, traditional day etc. We participate all the activities and really enjoyed a lot. It was a fun and memorable moments for all the students.

Admission in our college was based on marks obtained in the last qualifying examination and on the basis of entrance test. The minimum eligibility for getting admission was 50 percent of marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry and Mathematics. After fulfilling the marks requirement, Students need to appear National Aptitude Test in Architecture which was conducted by the council of Architecture.

All teachers of our department are the best. They help and support us a lot in our studies. Teachers are very determined and dedicated towards the students. Teaching quality was very good in our college.
