Course Curriculum Overview
I already have research about this course of architecture and found out very interesting for me to do and cleared NATA exam and JEE paper 2 for architecture college admission. Minimum cutoff for college allotment is 50% in NATA and 12th boards.
Internships Opportunities
Mostly the banks like HDFC BANK AND KOTAK BANK give the internship for practice and the Raymond, a private company helps students for placements at the average package of 1.5LPA, for architecture and planning.
Placement Experience
After 5th year in architecture we get our placement and before that we also get internship from college itself for practice. The highest package is 2LPA and Lowest is 1.2LPA and the average package is 1.5LPA. And companies like HDFC Bank and kotak banks gives placement to students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Using the benefits of OBC Category I paid around 90000 every year. And for the open category and out of state students have to pay ?150000. This includes Tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and the other compulsory charges during the course completion as per the category.
Campus Life
The campus life was the best for me as the faculty was very good and helpfor. Our library has more than 6000 books that helps us to do our assignment and making notes. Classroom size is big enough for 80 students but only 60 benches are available in class 1 bench for each students and for teachers there is a stage infront of board to reach out the students in the back that helps a lot.
Admission
This is the best college for me as I already have research about this college and also about the IES college of architecture but Rizvi suited me well as the faculty was very helpful and the management was very interactive to us for students and parents. The minimum cutoff for allotment in this college is 50% in NATA and 12th boards. And can get admission through CET CELL CAP ROUNDS by government.
Faculty
The faculty in our college is the best as mostly all the faculty have master degree in architecture and planning and has good communication skills to approach students and students are very comfortable with teachers to ask doubts and discuss about work. Also during the lecture there are more then 2 teachers in class and divide us in different groups for each of the faculty to help better communication with teachers and clear our doubts.
Night Life
The hostel quality are the best as there is a masjid in hostel that helps religious students a lot and have good and hygienic food in hostel mess. Also there is study room for making sheets and completing assignments for submission in college and social interaction among the students are good in all the years of degree.
