Course Curriculum Overview
The two years course was divided into four semester. The curriculum was very good and interesting. The curriculum deals with the principles of design, construction and ornamentation of fine buildings. Theory and practical are an important part of the curriculum. The college conducts Internal Assessment and final examination in each semester.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities was very good after completing the course. Students after qualifying their course can work as Technical Designer, Architect, Interior Designer, urban designer, production designer, structural designer etc. Most of the senior students are found very successful in this field. There are lot of job opportunities and career options in this course.
College Events
The college celebrated many events and festivals which was organized by our students committee. Many events and festivals like Guest lectures, study tours and events like RIZVI Arch Fest, RIZVI Arch Expo, International conference, Republic day, Independence day, Holi, Ganesh chaturthi etc. These events are organized in our college in a very big way in which all students and teachers participate.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees was quite feasible for all the students. My total fees for the two years course was around 2,20000 lakh rupees which includes admission fees, tution fees, library fees, development fees etc. My per semester fees was around 55000 rupees. I was very happy and satisfied with my fees.
Campus Life
The college gives very much importance in its extra curricular activities. Besides academics, many activities are organized in our college . On its annual function day, many cultural competitions are organized . Other activities like literary activities, sports activities are also organized in our college. These activities helps us to develop our creative skills and holistic knowledge.
Admission
I got admission in this course after qualifying my bachelor degree from All India Council for Technical education or Council of Architecture. To get admission in this course, students have to qualify their Bachelor of Architecture with minimum 50 percent of marks and clear their Common Entrance Test (CET). However there was 5 percent of relaxation of marks for SC /ST students. The admission process was based on the marks obtained in bachelor degree and the score obtained in CET.
Faculty
Faculties of our college have very much knowledge in the field of Architecture. They provide each and every students with very good and valuable knowledge. All teachers are very much qualified in their own fields.
