What Students Say

- My overall experience at the college has been positive because it gives enough opportunities to grow if you actively participate. The academic environment is serious but not suffocating. Good teachers are approachable and genuinely try to help beyond
- Faculty quality is mixed but mostly competent. Some professors teach in a very practical and engaging way, using real examples and encouraging questions. Others are more traditional and theory-heavy, so self-study becomes important in those subjects.
- Infrastructure and placements are decent but not flawless. Classrooms, labs, and common areas are maintained, though they feel crowded during peak hours. Administration processes like paperwork and approvals can be slow and sometimes frustrating. Pla

Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum covers core basics well. Strong focus on theory subjects. Labs give some practical exposure. Helps build base concepts clearly. Good for exams and fundamentals. Not fully aligned with industry needs. Real world skills need self learning. Extra courses are almost necessary. Projects depend on student effort. Internship prep is self driven. College gives base, not mastery. Updated tools are rarely taught. Two internals each semester. One final end term exam. Exam gap is sometimes short. Difficulty level is moderate overall. Rote learning still gives marks. More practical evaluation is needed.
Internships Opportunities
Internship chances exist but need effort. College shares some company openings. Most students apply off campus. Roles include developer and tester. Some get analyst or support roles. Stipend varies by company and skill. Training programs help with basics. Coding and aptitude sessions conducted. Mini projects improve practical skills. Real projects mostly found outside. Guidance is available on request. Results depend on personal initiative. Good interns convert to job offers. Networking during internship is useful. Experience helps in final placements. Self learning boosts internship quality. College support is limited but helpful. Serious students get clear benefits.
Placement Experience
Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.
Fees and Financial Aid
As a current student, I’d say this college is genuinely good overall, but not perfect. The best part is the academics and exposure. Most professors are knowledgeable and helpful if you actually approach them with doubts. The curriculum is fairly updated and focuses on practical understanding, not just theory. Labs and classrooms are well maintained, and you get decent access to equipment and resources for projects. There are plenty of clubs, technical events, and fests, so if you’re proactive you can build strong skills and a good network. Placements are solid for core branches and decent for others, with multiple companies visiting every year. The campus environment is competitive in a healthy way, which pushes you to improve. Infrastructure is another strong point. The campus is clean, organized, and has good internet, library, and study spaces. Hostels are manageable and safe. You won’t struggle for basic facilities like food, transport inside campus, or medical help. Now the weaker side. Not every faculty member teaches with the same quality or energy, so sometimes you end up relying on self-study. Administration work can be slow and bureaucratic when it comes to documents or approvals. During peak exam or fest times, things get crowded and resources like labs or common areas feel insufficient. Also, if you’re expecting constant hand-holding for internships or career guidance, you won’t get it automatically; you have to chase opportunities yourself. In short: if you’re lazy, you’ll feel average here. If you’re self-driven, this place gives you enough tools, exposure, and opportunities to do very well.
Campus Life
Campus life is active and social. Students mix through clubs and events. Technical and cultural fests held yearly. These usually happen in winter months. Fests bring competitions and workshops. They improve teamwork and confidence. Library has good core subject books. Limited latest journals are available. Digital access helps for research work. Classrooms have projectors and smart boards. WiFi works well in most blocks. Labs have basic but usable equipment. Sports grounds support many games. Gym and courts are open daily. Coding and robotics clubs are popular. Cultural clubs handle music and dance. Student groups run events independently. Overall life feels engaging and balanced.
Hostel Facilities
Rooms are basic but usable daily. Bed, table, chair and cupboard provided. Fans and lights work properly. Shared bathrooms cleaned regularly. WiFi is available in hostels. Laundry service is limited. Food is average but hygienic. Menu repeats every few weeks. Breakfast is simple and light. Lunch and dinner are filling enough. Extra snacks need personal purchase. Canteen food tastes better sometimes. Hostel admission is simple process. Apply early to get preferred room. Fees are moderate compared to city. Security and entry rules are strict. Nearby PG options also available. Area around hostel feels safe.
Admission
Better placement than many options. Decent balance of cost and value. Good labs and campus facilities. Active clubs and tech events. Location is easy to reach daily. Overall environment felt practical. Did not get top tier colleges. Cutoff was higher than my score. Some seats filled before counseling. Late choice filling reduced chances. Needed a reliable backup option. This college offered confirmed seat. Admission process was simple online. Based on entrance exam rank. Documents verified during reporting. Fee payment confirmed the seat. No donation or interview required. Process was smooth and transparent.
Faculty
Teachers are easy to approach. Doubts get cleared if you ask. Good teachers explain with real cases. Some only read from slides. Quiet students get less attention. You must take initiative to learn. Course follows semester system. Two internals and one final exam. Marks split between internal and final. Checking is mostly fair and clear. Exams are medium level tough. Weak basics lead to failures. Best teachers guide for projects. They support skills and career growth. Some teachers rush the syllabus. Interaction depends on the teacher. Self study is very important here. Effort decides your final outcome.
Night Life
Nightlife is calm but not boring. Campus follows fixed entry timings. Hostel gates close around late night. Library stays open till evening hours. Gym and sports areas close early. Late study happens mostly in hostels. Students hang out in campus canteen. Small food stalls stay open nearby. Friends gather for walks and talks. Group study and gaming are common. Some go for late tea breaks. Weekends feel more active and social. Area around campus feels mostly safe. Basic police patrolling is visible. Cafes and shops close by midnight. No loud party culture inside campus. Fun depends on friend circle energy. Simple nights still create good memories.
