Place to gain better

As every college has both positive and negative, I would like to highlight the positives because we always had good rapo with alumini and faculty.They never let us down and always helps us in possible ways.The campus has several facilities for patients and their attendants. This campus is really an add-on for the good career prospectus.

The course structure is quiet focused on its principles and the research pratice. Our batch had good enthusiasm to learn something new, to research etc. Our faculty was always there to help us whenever needed. We did a research project on clinical nephrology and on electrolyte solutions. We had good practical knowledge so it wasn't so hectic during examinations. We were chilled and concentrated more on practical knowledge.

Placements are quiet attractive. As the college is reputed and it ranked 5th place in India ,we always had good scope and shine. We had internship knowledge and it's a semi government based college. Stipend was quiet good,it depends according to the department we choose. Pay scale was really satisfactory.

Campus is huge and full of greenary. It's an environment friendly college. We had cultural and management fests every year where we proved our talents in sports and culturals too. As the DM department have less number of students we use to participate in all the games as much as possible. All cheers to us, can say!!

The fee structure is feasible. There's a 100%scholarship facilities for people whose annual income was less than 60,000. The fee structure was 2.89L for the course duration. The best part is college don't pressurise in fee payments, installments are available.

Loans are eligible as the collegue gives a letter for the loan requirements. And there's 100% scholarship for below 60,000 P.A income people. SBI provides good educational loan facilities with less intrest values.

We had good extra curricular activities, inter - college festival events were there especially football,cricket etc. Cultural days were conducted and people participates enthusiastically. There's no ragging culture . Seniors and juniors are always friendly and helps each other. Good ethnicity is practised as we vists the hospital on regular basis. Workshops were conducted as per the requirements and they conducts extra if it's needed from Students perspective or based on requests.

I'm a day scholar. Hostel facilities are available for people who needs it. Hostel seats are few so needs to be booked in advance at the time of admissions itself. The hostel fee structure is quite manageable. Food and bed available. Quality is also good. Rentals depends upon the room sharing - 2,3,4 sharings.

I was much interested in nephrology , and worked hard to get into this course so I didn't have any other options in my mind. When it comes to the admission process , college conducts an entrance exam and minimum eligibility should be of MD, DNM in its relavent discipline. I was interested in this college because the college is attached to the hospital which is around a distance of 1km radius. As the hospital is near we had a good practical knowledge and hands-on sessions which helped us to learn alot.

Our faculty are well qualified, disciplined and good at knowledge. As the faculty are quiet larger in number they always focussed really well on the students. They have been with us throughout the course in teaching and clearing all our doubts. Our department had good guest lecturers ,they also helped us in improving our treating skills.
