Course Curriculum Overview

Practical as well as subjective economics is been taught. The knowledge of the fiscal policies is well researched over here. The course curriculum includes all and also the statistical economic's knowledge. Exs are conducted in every six months and the students are well prepared with frequent class tests and model series.

Placement Experience

Placements are really eye catching point for Madras School of Economics 's students who are willing to get and admission over here. Average salary of 40000INR per month is offered and with a well reputed firm. Internships are paid as well as unpaid and with all the sort of experience that can be given.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees is quite feasible. I am a BA+MA(economics) student so I paid 10000 INR per year during my BA and paid 15000INR per year for the MA program which is quite a nominal amount. Students are too offered an option to deposit the fees in installments , this amount excludes the exam fees and the trip fees.

Campus Life

In the extracurricular activities we are presented to participate in the workshops that are related to the economics. Many well known personalities of the same field conduct the seminars and really help students get more from the field.

I was suggested Madras School of Economics by one of my seniors,who passed out from the college and is now placed with a good job. I applied online on the web portal of the college and submitted all the documents after which I recieved a letter and I had to verify my presented documents and I was in the merit list.

Aspects Of College

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The studentrs are given oppertuties and are given chances for comapnies such as amazon, Wipro, JP morgan and such that have a great CTC and a large number of other companies including startups are also available. If the student is interested in entrepernership then the startup cell funds for the ideas of students. There is a seperate higher studies cell for students who want to pursue their higher studies and are given guidance to what steps are to be taken by educational fairs and such

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

BA Economics hons MSE review

I wrote CUET but i did not apply to DU because of many reasons out of which delay was a reason. But then i compared the syllabus of DU and MSE and the rigor of MSEs syllabus cannot be matched with any other colleges i applied. I got admitted in few of the local colleges which i kept as a backup, but the staff lore and the syllabus is not as good as MSE. I did not apply to a lot of other colleges. The admission process to MSE is simple. You need to register for MSEET and if you clear the cut off you will be called. 12th marks are not considered at all (you need to pass tho) but they require you to have applied/standard math/ statistics in class 12th. My madras life view

The name of Exam was CUCET which used to occur each yaer in the month if may or June. It was not troublesome on the grounds that it comprises of two sections GK and your picked subject. After that they will take your twelfth Board 40% weight-age and CUCET marks 60% and will finish the outcome. I scored in CUCET was 32 out of 100 yet my twelfth board % was 85% so I got chose.
