College gave me some golden memories

The college is doing quite good in its coaching and encouraging other extra curricular But need to improve the infrastructures a little bit more.

I heard that this college offers wide scope of opportunities in the academics and a lot of placement training and offers after the course completion. By way of NSS it sends the students to different camps and helps the student to develop their personality and skills.

This programme is designed to equip students as generalists in the economic and business management environment.

Yes the college offers a lot of internship opportunities which is also a part of our course. We will be asked to submit a detailed report about the things learnt in that internship. We will be paid between Rs.2500- Rs.5000 based on the company.

Yes the college offers a lot of job opportunities. Not only offers but also provides a lot of training and orientation about the jobs. The college helps us how to be competitive in this tough world. They increase our skills and knowledge which will be helpful for us during the campus drives.

The college apart from the academics also lets the students to enjoy lot of important days in our college. We used to have Pongal Celebrations, Republic day Celebrations, Diwali Celebrations, Christamas Celebrations and lot.. And apart from these we will be having our Sports day and college day in which the students are exposed to perform the unique talents and move to greater heights.

yes this college is one of the best college with economical fee structure. Not too expensive nor too feasible. It is a moderate one. It provides lot of facilities and amenities like library, wifi enabled campus, lot of lab facilities, canteen, gym etc. for the welfare of the students.

The college offers quite appreciable scholarships and loan facilities to those who really needs. It offers different offers to first degree holder, scheduled cast people and more.

In this college there is no ragging or gender bias. Everyone is treated equally with lot of care. The college organizes a lot of competitions and events and makes the students to expose their talents. College by way of NSS and NCC develops the true spirit of Nationality. It identifies the talents in the students and sends them to various camps over the country as well as to neighboring countries.

The college provides hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The rooms are shared by 3-4 people in a room with a good facilities. Quality home made foods are given to the hostel students. The rents of the hostels are very cheaper when compared to other hostels. Rs.4000 is collected monthly for room and food facilities.

The college on a periodical intervals calls the alumni students of Alpha and ask them to give some lectures about their life in Alpha which turned them in blooming stars. And the seniors will be giving us with excellent tips and ways to achieve our goal.

The exam structure is of regular semester pattern which is conducted by the University of Madras. Apart from this the college conducts Continuous Internal Assessment exams and Model exams to prepares ourselves to face the university exams. Based on the marks scored in the CIA and model exams internal marks will be provided.

First i heard about this college by my friend. After my 12th results i went to the college with my marks. I submitted my personal details and percentage of marks scored in 10th and 12th and the degree which i needed. After 2 days i was called for interview. Then i attended the interview and was selected to join the institute.

The faculty teaches the subject from its core so that we can understand from its depth. Not only simply teaching they also explains about how it is been practically used in the day to day life. The faculty members of our college studies daily and does a lot of research to teach us about the complete structure about the subject.
