Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good. The university follows semester wise examination. The syllabus and subjects are wide and the exams are long and difficult. You need to have a complete focus. The course offers both theoretical and practical application.
Placement Experience
Many big companies come and recruit students on the basis of their performance in academics and how they perform in an interview. Companies like Sun Pharma, Cipla, Ranbaxy have visited the college. Many pharmaceutical companies hire students even before they give their exams.
College Events
Many activities were held during my course of time, like sports, and other recreational activities, cultural shows, workshops, seminars. We have a big playground here on campus, you can play various sports like cricket, volleyball, basketball etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I felt the fees are reasonable. As for B.Sc. the semester wise fees are ?90,000, admission fees are ?5000, the registration fee of ?2500, examination fees of ?5000, and other fees are of ?7000. The total fees come down to ?2.12 Lakhs for the first year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The university offers scholarships on merit cum need basis and provides a waiver to students on marks in qualifying examination. There are separate categories, like students who score 75%, 80%, 90% and based on family income.
Campus Life
The university has a mentorship programme which takes place from the start of the course, where each student is placed with a mentor from teachers or staff members, where they guide you throughout the medical course. You can have free communication and discuss any issues or problem with them.
Admission
To get admission in B.Sc. course you will need to have passed class 12 with a good score all together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, to be eligible enough to apply. The selection will be based upon merit and NEET entrance exam.
Faculty
We had very experienced teachers and professors. Their level of knowledge was quite impressive and the teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was updated to cater to all needs of the students with the basic developments in the field of science.
