Course Curriculum Overview

Bachelor of Commerce is a graduation course which has the duration of 3 years and follows semester system. The course structure is good and focuses on practicals too. The days are chilled and exams are tiring.

Placement Experience

The institution provides with various opportunities and good education to the students. There are few programs for the development of the students. However, there are no internships and job opportunities for the students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of bachelor of Commerce is around 10 thousand which is very feasible and affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution. So, the fee structure of the college is good.

Campus Life

The institution is good in its extracurricular activities. There are sports activities like basketball, football, badminton etc for the students. There are cultural functions and various competitions organised for the students.

Admission

Chittaranjan College is located in West Bengal and offers bachelor of Commerce course to the students. The students who have completed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Indian Board are eligible for the admission. The students will be selected on merit basis.

Placement Experience:

Yes our college offers campus placements.Students from 4th year are eligible for campus placements.Many reputed nation and international companies like microsoft,Wipro,TCS, Infosys and many more companies offrers placement every year in this college. arrording to 2025 deta overall placement rate was 82 percent, Highest packege was 80 lpa and average packege was 12.6lpa. My only plan to get a good placements.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

The cutoff is very low, and there is 200-250 seats in the commerce department. The timing of awesome or January to March and timing of even sins are July to August. And the examination will be difficult the questions are cited and moderated by University of Calcutta.
