Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum for the B.Arch is designed ideally by the department and this will provide good knowledge to the students about architecture and design. Apart from that practical training is also conducted so that students can learn real-life experience.

Placement Experience

SJJCA is considered to be one of the best colleges for architecture and it provides its students with various job Opportunities as various companies participate in placements events every year. Most of the students score good packages from reputed firms and start their careers.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for B.Arch is around Rs 65000 for the 5-year course. For me, this fee is quite affordable and feasible and if you compare to the other university this fee is much cheaper and highly justifies with the quality academics provided by the college.

Campus Life

In the case of extracurricular activities, SJJCA provides its students with various amenities and resources to help students and prosperous their college life. SJJCA constitutes a beautiful campus with a big library and various designing labs for students.

Admission

I got my admission to SJJCA through my marks in NATA examination conducted annually. After that, i applied in college online by filling the admission form, and then after I got selected in college I visited campus and signed up all the formalities.

Faculty

I admire the faculty of our department as they are very supportive and highly qualified for the job. Apart from that teachers provide students with handy notes and study, materials that help them prepare for the examination.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 4th sem. Many companies visit and at least one person is hired by every company. Companies from UAE and international companies also make offers. Highest package was 9 lpa and average is 3.5-4 lpa. Only 5-10% students go for a job, others go for higher studies. I am too looking for a part time job with continuing higher studies. Overall the campus placement is good for students looking for a good job and pay. Most get hired as Assistant engineers.

Microbiology is mainly lab based work but it also teaches you other worldly things , the reason behind me choosing Bsc microbiology to do from ruia is because , once i had a talk to an alumni of ruia in which she mentioned that microbiology from ruia is basucally equal of engineering from an IIT. In microbiology particularly i would say the difficulty level is a bit high but only if you don't pay attention to daily lecs and practicals

You need to possess at least 50% marks in B.Arch from a recognized university, The student should have completed 21 years of age before applying for the master's program. The candidates who have a diploma in architecture are also eligible to apply. The admission is granted on the basis of scores obtained in MAH-M.Arch-CET examination. The application form can be filled by both the modes and you can pay the application fee of 800 and take out the printout of the application form after filling all the details.
