Remarks

The college is one of the best Architecture college in mumbai.It is also very famous.Placements record is good and fees is also very low.Canteen is also good and the infrastructure is quite excellent.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is little tough for me as i am still learning.I found some topics difficult but i am sure slowly i will get better.There are 2 semesters in 1 year and marks of class performance are also added to them.There is lot of art and craft work.And also projects work which are little hectic But includes so much learning.

Placement Experience

The college record for placement opportunities is up to the mark.Internships are provided to the 4 the year students.Various firms visita and selects the students.I am looking forward to do internship for that i am working hard as it is good opportunity.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is feasible.About 5% relaxation is given to candidates belonging to sc/st and obc.The total fees for this course is near to Rs63,000.As the fees amoung is low so there is no requirement for loan or anything.

Campus Life

In the name of extra curricular activities various competitions, events are held which are amazing.It unites all the college students and it becomes total fun.Rules and regulations are strictly followed by the students.All the facilities are provided to the students which are necessary.

Admission

I gave NATA entrance exam as it was necessary for my admission in this college and it was the main eligibility criteria.I first registered my self as a candidate and then filled up the form.Selection process is also based on the the 12th percentage that should be50%+ with PCM and English as compulsory subjects.I was happy after getting admission.

I am really impressed by the professors of the college they are highly professional in their work.They take us to site visits also which helps in learning more.They are helpful in nature and guide us how to do work and gain knowledge about architecture. All i can say is they are doing best in there work.

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

from 6th semester students get eligible for placemnets and from 4th semester students get eligible for internships. Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.
