Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very good and effective. The syllabus has all important topics required to become expert in the field of physics. The course is having 2 parts, theory and practicals. All exams are conducted by the university every year.

Placement Experience

The university organises job fairs and campus interviews every year. Many top organizations participate in this program. Students who want to attend the interview will be given special pre interview sessions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is approximately 11000 per year. This has everything included like sports fees, lab, library, study tour costs, field trips, NCC and other charges. Hostel and mess fees are collected separately. Transportation fees depends on the distance.

Campus Life

Our university conducts lots of many cultural and sports related activities. Special festivals are celebrated very traditionally. We also go for field trips and tours. NCC team members conducts many camps like blood donation camps, awareness programs and medical checks.

Admission

We have to submit the application form with SSLC certificates. After completing this, we will get notification about the confirmation on selection and we should go to the campus for interview for screening.

Faculty

The teachers are so passionate and helpful. They are very good at physics and know what exactly we should concentrate on the main topics. The practical classes are conducted by well experienced lab technicians.

Placement Experience:

Placements aren't that good and for Zoology it's like the research roles in labs and under research professors so mostly a salary of 30-50k is what students of Zooly gets at our college and even DU stidnets get the same.

Central University of Jammu - The Place to Be

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course work for PhD programmes is very relevant and maliable. You can pick and choose your own individual challenges and subjects. There are no restrictions on the freedom of choice. However, you might have to enroll in a few Swayam course for the completion of your course work. The course work also does not prepare you for any real world applications or even your PhD really. Course work can be heavily improved by a new hands-on pedagogy which may induce ideas instead of deducing them from various books and sources. The frequency of exams is once per coursework.

Many top companies like Wipro, L and T, and NVIDIA visit our campus, and it provides jobs in every field from Information Tech. to Material-related jobs. Here job opportunities are for every branch. Recently in one day 30-40 students got placed at an average package of 10 LPA.
