Remarks

The college is really good we get various opportunities to improve our skills be it of management or any other. I have gained a lot of experience after being a part of this college & I feel great to be a student here.

Course Curriculum Overview

BBA is a degree course of three years splitted in six semesters in total having 6 subject in 5 semesters and 5 subjects in the last sixth semester and its focused to emerge better management in students when they work professionally and its Syllabus/Course Module are as per West Bengal University of Technology Curriculum.

Placement Experience

We have a Training & Placement wing in our college to help us get placed in valuable companies according to our potentiality. The placement wing has contact with many corporates, industries, professional institutions so as to widen our placements opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

According to me I thing fees structure is actually feasible If I compare it to many other colleges offering BBA. The fees of total three years of BBA is of Rs. 2.85 lakhs. Which we have to pay in installments as per each Semistars

Fees and Financial Aid

The college do have loan facilities provided to the students who need it. All we have to do is give apply for it from the college giving them all the required documents that they need and the college helps in availing loan from the bank.

Campus Life

We are been encouraged to do various extracurricular or Cocurricular activities in the college and are always been treated equal no matter who we are or where do we belong from. Everyone is been given equal attention and opportunities no matter what. We have clubs which is for extracurricular or Cocurricular activities.

Admission

I completed my intermediate education from humanities as my stream (Any stream is eligible for BBA here) and I also had English with me which is a must for admission eligibility. I applied for CET which is conducted by MAKAUT to which the college is affiliated. And the final selection was on the basis of counseling in the college.

I can say I have really great teachers who are not just well qualified in there subjects but are also very experienced and effective teachers or guides. They are not only very positive and helpful to us but are also very motivating to us.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

1)From 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. 2) Cognizant , TCS(most fav), Wipro, startups, IBM visit for recruitment . 3)In 2023 highest was 45lpa by amazon average is 4.5lpa. 4)From our Hostel each and every senior get placed. some with good package like tcs digital, even off campus (2025). 5)My plan is to take a job and enter in IT firm to learn and teach new technolgies through my YOUTUBE.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really nice. Every year, a large amount of students are employed by Tech Mahindra, CTS, TCS, Wipro, etc. all software giants. The starting salaries are also decent. Most students get placed, but 100% placement has also been achieved by the college now.

Good College

Placement Experience:

Placement eligibility usually starts in the final year, but there are limited opportunities. Some IT and outsourcing companies visit, but they offer low salary packages. The average package offered is not very high about 3-4 LPA and only a small percentage of students get placed. Many students prefer to pursue an MCA or learn additional skills like web development, data science or cyber security to improve their job prospects. After completing my BCA, I plan to gain experience in IT related jobs improve my technical skills and possibly pursue higher studies like MCA. I might also explore freelancing or certification to increase job opportunities. Since I already have customer service and telecalling experience, I may also consider IT support roles before moving into core technical jobs. Building skills and networking will be important for getting a good job after graduation.
