Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum for B.Tech is planned ideally by university and faculty members which is suitable for all the students. The syllabus is integrated with the basic level of PCM alongside other technical courses such as electrical engineering etc which helps students to grasp knowledge on various subjects.
Placement Experience
In terms of placement, GKCIET provides its students with numerous opportunities as it invites companies to participate in placement events every year. This gives students a chance to grab job opportunities and mark their foot in the corporate world.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for B.Tech is around Rs 17500 which is much cheaper than other universities that provide the same course. For me, this fee is quite feasible and affordable because of the academics and amenities provided by the college.
Campus Life
GKCIET provides its students with various extracurricular activities to engage them outside the academics world. It organizes various workshops and seminars for students and also has a large central library containing various journals and books to help students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities provided by the college are quite good and reliable. Generally, Dorms are divided into a single room, double sharing, and triple sharing varying along with the prices. The capacity of boys hostel is around 267 and for girls hostel, it is around 260.
Admission
To get admission to GKCIET I have to register myself in the college alongside my Class 12 marks and JEE Mains marks, you can also register through WBJEE and JEXPO marks. After that I got inducted in the merit list and then went to campus and submitted my documents alongside the fee.
Faculty
The faculty of our college is highly qualified and very kind. They try to help kids in every possible way. Their teaching reflects their aim to enhance the knowledge and skills of students and prepare them for the outside world.
