Superb College with best education system

Infrastructure and Academic standards are very high. Faculty is also good and helpful with high experience. Good job opportunity is provided to every students admitted here. Overall I would give 4.5/5 for my college.

The course is a 3 year course with 6 semesters, and each semester has duration of 6 months. The course acquaints candidates with the use of medicines and technologies. The course intends to administer specialized lessons in biological processes designed for industrial uses. In particular, the course focuses on gaining knowledge in the genetic modification of micro-organisms for the development of antibiotics used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical drugs.

Every year many government and semi government companies come and recruit students from various department. Our university brings a lot of companies really appreciate it. Most of the students prefer going for higher education after their graduation. In our batch around 90% of the students got selected in the campus interview. I am still working in the same firm with a good pay scale.

The fees is generally low in comparison to other college, therefore students prefer HNBGU. The fee structure for my course was around 1.5 lakh, which can be paid yearly or in installments according to our convenience. University does provide scholarship to students who do not have a good economic background.

Umang is a cultural fest very famous in our college celebrated every year. We also had annual function, in this event; students who perform well were awarded. I secured many medal for sports and dance. We had good computer and science lab with working systems and equipment?. We have many sports activities conducted regularly.

The alumni network is outstanding from my point of view; our seniors are really very supportive in studies and assignments. They are very helpful in nature, they give us study materials. Some of the assignments were so tough but our seniors are the one who help us.

Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University provides a three years Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree Biotechnology. Admission to UG courses is dependent on marks in the related discipline earned at the last qualifying test. If the candidate is not eligible then he/she will be disqualified. If eligible, the candidate has to apply online on the university website for the course and specialization they wish to and make the registration fee. The registration fee for General and OBC is 250 Rs. and for SC/ST it is 150 Rs. the application fee can be paid online using SBI challan. The selected students will be called for further document verification.

My feeling regarding our College's staff is really optimistic. Our faculty members are really good; they perform their duties with full interest and are very responsible. Teachers conduct classes regularly without fail and sometimes PhD scholars come and handle their class which is really fun. We are freer with our scholars and they also share their experience in the past. As this a central university there is question in having doubt in teacher? qualification. All are experienced and UGC/NET qualified.
