Remarks
College campus, environment, labs,and teaching was good, but canteen food,parking and placement wasn't good, the labs are very good teacher will teach in the lab very well it will help to solve the exam properly.
Entrance Preview
I wrote nly one entrance exam i.e CET KARNATAKA. I got 5625 Rank in that course but I didn't get ceat in general category I got ceat from rural quota, and I have choosen Electronic and Communication course because I liked the communication very much and also very genuine reason is ECE course was very famous that time.I have the join BMSIT because of my cousin at the time I passed out 12th I didn't have much knowledge about the colleges, my cousins asks and join in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course was very good as well as study and research if u study the subject very well in deep,the faculty was very especially in the ECE department the teachers are very supportive they will ready to do any if ur really interested
Internships Opportunities
I didn't attend the any internship in the college, but the faculty will send to do internship nly if u have taken the permission to hod otherwise they will very strict.
Placement Experience
The placement was quite good, it's depends on ur ability if ur little good in communication there is good opportunity and if u maintain 70 percentage it's more than enough, Lot of companies will visit to BMSIT campus and some of them will cm to bmsce u have to go there and attend.congnicent and wipro company are the mass recruitment companies and others are Igate,Ericsson, capgemi etc around some 35 companies will come.and the placement is totally depends on ur ability.
College Events
We have celebrated college festival very one most is mantana,that is BMSIT college fest,there will be lots of fun,games etc. Even there will some of compitation.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The hostel are good and rooms are very comfortable and lengthy and the fees of the hostel is quite expensive but the mess food was good, sometimes they will allow the classmates which were not staying in hostel. But we can stay in room, the room cost around 4-5 thousands , we can share with 2 to 4 people.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship will be available for poor people if ur income below 50 k, we can avail the scholarship from state government and scholarship will given from BMS trust for merit students. I avail around 40000 scholarship from state government.
Campus Life
The campus was very good and environment was greeny lots of tree are there around 1200 trees are there in whole campus,in ECE section the gender ratio around almost 50-50, and there is no raging in whole campus.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior will help for last year students for about placements, they will cm and share there experience and teach how to prepare for interviews.
