The course curriculum for BCom is a 3 year course. The curriculum is for 6 semesters with two semesters each in a year. The semesters are made compatible for the students. They strive hard to achieve the results.

Placement Experience

Unfortunately the college does not offer the students any placements and job opportunities. The students once they are in the final year of college they have to find a job for themselves as the college does not provide.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible as it is a government college. Another benefit of it is it offers scholarships to the students of the college. So if there is any student that has any kind of trouble with paying the fee then they can opt that.

The college conducts a lot of extra curricular activities for students. The students have their own committee in which they all plan out and take charges to conduct various events in the college for the students.

Admission

The students have to apply online for the admission from the official college website. The admission process is strictly merit based. So the students have to wait for the merit list to come out in order for the admission.

The faculty in our college is the best faculty. They are always there to help us from any problems. They help us well with our doubts and are very friendly with all the students of the college. They can teach very well.

Placement Experience:

from 6/7 th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Infosys visited with around 22-23 offers , Cognizant visited with arount 15-16 offers , TCS visited with several offers(not sure how many) , that's it the big names. Apart from these small startups and companies visited too. Highest package offered was 11lpa by TCS , 9.6lpa by infosys, 6.48lpa by Cognizant. Profiles were ASE in TCS , PAT in CTS , SET in Infosys. The percentage of students placed was less arount 30-40% , mostly because the curriculum lacks placement prep. I have joined Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst Trainee after graduating .

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

A holistic experience: my journey at CFI college of Law

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd say the BBA LLB curriculam si quite relevent and comprehensive. the blend of business management and legal studies really made me choose this course because it gives a holistic understanding of both fields. The curriculum is pretty practical and prepares us well for real- world applications like internships and moot courts and also sets a strong foundation dor further studies in law. In term of Imporvements i think the curruculum could benefit from more interactive workshops and practical training sessions and somtimes a bit more hands on experience and indusry exposure help bridge the gap between thoery and practice. Regarding exams, I find the frequency and timing are well balanced. the semester exams come at a good pace and whike some subjects can be challenging they are definately manageable with consisnent study.
