Remarks
You won't feel much involvement of Management on daily basis. I did not notice any Bad remarks. But they can certainly improve by haveing a contact with students.
Entrance Preview
I applied through AIEEE test and my score was 127. I wanted to do a course in Computer engineering and this was the best choice as the placement in this college is quite good.
Course Curriculum Overview
As the college is under PUNE University Course in CS and IT is little difficult but not difficult to score 50-55 marks in any subject. If you score 60% which is not a much of task, you can feel good about you.
Internships Opportunities
For internship there are several companies specially for IT,Computer like Persistent,GS Lab,nvidia etc. Stipend for these companies from 7k to 14k.
Placement Experience
Its the best in this college. I mean really great. From my class out of 78 guys,67 got placed before 1st sem exam in 4th year. You will get easily placed if you maintain a score of 55% also.
College Events
There are too many really too many events and festival celebration in one year at least you get atleast 40-50 days events. Sports Summit National level Gracia Annual Cultural program,Youth Summit National level program Its impossible to list each of one event here. But it's fun can't Complain.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its not very expensive. For main Campus its 90,000 to 1 Lac per year and rest of the Campus,its around 70,000 per year. I would recommend not to opt for hostels and College mess which is more expensive than leaving in a flat or independent house.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship until you are a local citizen and you belong to SC,ST,OBC. Study lone was not offered nut i applied for it in 2nd year and got the loan without much of struggle.
Campus Life
College Management really encourage about these kind of activities. College also organized a national sports SUMMIT every year which is a really good exposure. You get to play for your university also. MIT has won ROBOTICS World championship once as well. Not very interesting Lab activity and debate etc.
Hostel Facilities
I have spent 1 year in hostel evry room has at least 3 beds with 3 cup boards rooms are specious for 3 people as well. Rent Around 40,000 per year. I would recommend to leave in a flat which will cost you 25% less than hostels. Average rent will be around 3k for Flats and PG.
Alumni/Alumna
College faculty have started a Alumni social network for last two year. They invite seniors every year to have a meeting and share their post college experience with each other. But i doubt that too many people appears on this.
Exam Structure
With the pattern change in exam now its not SEM wise. Its quarterly exam twice in one semester. But benefit of this pattern is that its easier to score now in PUNE University.
Faculty
Similar to other colleges faculty does not matter in this college as well. They will be doing just their basic job. They barely welcome any innovative idea. At least in computer and IT chances for something innovative are very slim.
