Remarks

It is one of the best colleges in Mangalore in terms of placement. And even they encourage a lot in extracurricular activities. One bad thing is, it feels more like school in the first year but later when we enter our branch, it is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in computer science so I chose this course. The faculty is very friendly and they encourage students in every possible way. All teachers have completed their mtech and most of them are pursuing PhD Tests are conducted every month and there is one improvement test , and finally, there is a final exam.

Internships Opportunities

Mscripts, avysh, Goldman Sachs, and many more gave internship opportunities. The projects will be an interview process.

Placement Experience

People are allowed for placements from the fourth year, but they are allowed to apply for internships from the third year. Many companies visit to name a few VMware, juniper, nutanix, TCS, Accenture. , Last year Accenture gave many offers The highest package was 20lakhs and the average was 3-4 lakh. 70to 80% gets placed every year I want to get a nice job

Fees and Financial Aid

They encourage students, by providing various scholarships based on merits and income. And there is a special admission for students with 85% PU will get some reduction in their actual fees.

Campus Life

The fest conducted is incridea that happens in the month of February lasts for four days. Our library has one of the best books and journals. Regarding the amenities, most of the classes have Ac, with a smart classroom to be implemented this year onwards. Almost all sports are encouraged, people who are good at sports will also be given extra rewards academically. There are many clubs, to name a few aura clubs, Rachana-painting club, kalanjali-dance club and many more

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.
