Course Curriculum Overview
College is only for graduation. And branches are only ECE, CSE, MAE. Course is comprised of 8 semester exams. which are conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December. Examination is University based. However sessions exams are conducted by the college.
Placement Experience
In the begging of the college, placement was far good, but as the time passes, only few companies come to the campus. In my time, Infosys, godrej and some marketing based compineis visited. Internship is average.
College Events
Saveral annual festival were celebrated during my sessions. Firstly, fresher's party was organised by seniors, then tech fest and concert. But the main feat is organised by IP UNIVERSITY, WE take part in that. And at the end, fare well party is also organised by juniors with the photo sessions.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since it's a government college, fee is feasible. My fees was 35, 000 per annum. At the time of admission, DD is submitted at the University, after the first year, fee is collected by college, by Demand Draft and online by SBI E challan. In certain cases, cash or cheque is also accepted.
Fees and Financial Aid
I opted to Ministry of Minority Affairs Scholarship, But few more scholarship facilities were also possible. IP UNIVERSITY also provide scholarship.
Campus Life
Campus Life is good. Gender Ratio is poor. Male dominated campus. College han not big play ground but still we play all games like football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, carrom board, ping pong. Labs are of high standards, best microwave lab of Delhi. Robotics lab is also good, good library.
Hostel Facilities
No. I did not opted for hostel. Since there was no hostel facility at that time, we have to stay by own basis. It's really bad for cities like delhi where students comes across all over the country. In my batch few students we also from Nepal.
Alumni/Alumna
No organised alimni network, senior students are very friendly, but we don't have contacts wit our alumni through college channel.
Admission
IP University conduct entrance examination. After the results, rank is releaded. College is ranked. There are about 20 engineering colleges under oo University. After the result, counseling starts. Accordnng to the rank, college is allocated. there are generally 4 to 5 rounds of councelling. one spot round is also organised.
Faculty
Most of the facilities are highly qualified professionals. But few faculties are ad hocs, contractual basis. Although they are also very good. 4 to 5 lectures in one day. they are very friendly, supportive and polite. Teacher from all over the india are there.
