Remarks

College management is truly helpful for students and they do all needful for needs of students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The Curriculum and Exam are almost up to date, but still need some modification to improve the industrial need of society. That is, need more practical sections than theory. Exams should be more practical checking student ability to manage every thing smartly and without pressure.

Placement Experience

3

In our college there is a Career Guidance and Placement cell working with placement related matters. They provide class for apttitude improvement and conducts small interviews to make a practice for the future interviews. Companies like, TCS, MICROSOFT, INAPP, KELTRON, BSNL etc are major recruiters of our college. They conducts a priliminary exam based on engineering and aptitude to short list the students. These short listed guys are then gone through a practical test, after qualifing this section they are allowed to attend the interview.

College Events

4.5

Out techno-cultural fest is 'Aagneya' conducted in every even semesters. It consist of a intra-college technical competition and an intra-college cultural competition. In additon to it a market named flea is organised. In relation with Aagneya, a 2 day camp for specially abiled students named Vaibav also conducted to maintain the social responsibility of students. Our inter-college cultrural fest is 'Sargam' it is conducted by arts club of our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since it is a government college the fees are regulated by government. So the fees is feasible. An average of six thousand per semester is our fees. It include exam fee as well. For conducting extra curricular activities an amount of three hundred and fifty is collected as union fees. It is optional or student selective.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes I applied for an schorlarship named E-Granz. It provide a scholarship for students under the category of SEBC(socially and economically backward caste). It provides re-buisment of fees paid to the college and to the university. Also it provide a stipend per month. Annual an amount of 13000 is provide as the scholarship.

Campus Life

4

Cumpus life is so wonderful as compared to the school life here we have no restrictions in doing any thing. But still there is proper overview held by teachers and college management. Since it is a engineering college boys are more than girls but now the situation is changing in some class there are more number of girls than boys. Numerous quality technical and non-technical workshops as well as competitions are conducted in our college. Students from all over kerala are studying there. Students from other states also studying there.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the alumni 's are too much helpful for us. If we need some help related with anything, we can meet them. Most probablity they help us with there full effort. Recently we conducted so many webinars with our alumnis working in sevaral companies.

Admission

After qualifing HSE exam applied for KEAM. An MCQ exam based on plus one and plus two syllabus. A cut off is given, applicant with more than cut-off can upload their HSE mark to the online portal provide. Taking equivalent of hse score and keam mark to list the rank. Then we can select the favorite college through the online portal. Allotment also done through the portal. Applicants with top rank got admission to the college. 18th March 2018 I joined there.

Faculty

4.5

In our college there are more 100 faculty in five branches of engineering and its related practical labs. Average of faculty may be more than 45 plus. For my knowledge everyone is well qualified and they have enough experience in the related field. They try to maintain a better relation with students. Our faculties try to make subjects relevant to industry, more practical exposure.
