It's pretty decent overall. I'll recommend it to anyone considering it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is modern and evaluation is based on assignments and exams. We learn CS stuff from the very beginning and all are new technologies. We also have electives for our interest in a variety of fields. Apart from these, dua degrees have their own courses for their fields.
Placement Experience
The placements in our college is a major reason for its popularity. Many major companies like the FAANG come for placements. They usually have some CGPA cutoff and then a screening round and then an interview for placements. We also have internships at the end of 3rd year.
College Events
We have an annual fest called Felicity around February every year which has a lot of events. Apart from this, we have a lot of club and their own activities all year round. Entry into clubs is very easy to start with, and thus the college is generally involved.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are not too high, the tuition is slightly high though. I’m not aware of the exact financial details, but the college is slightly more expensive than most, but not by too much to make it unaffordable. The breakdown seems transparent, but it’s still shady.
Fees and Financial Aid
I did not apply for any loan or so. I think loans are easy to get from SBI bank, and I have some friends who have taken them.
Campus Life
We have a yearly fest considered Felicity around February consistently which has a great deal of occasions. Aside from this, we have a great deal of club and their own exercises throughout the entire year. Passage into clubs is anything but difficult to begin with, and subsequently the school is commonly included.
Alumni/Alumna
The senior students are very helpful and ragging is limited and practically not there. They’re also our TAs in some courses.
Admission
I come from the Olympiad mode thus I did not need to give the written exam UGEE for interview. Admission is through JEE and UGEE in general. Other methods are Olympiad, SPEC and DASA. All details are available in the site. I had an interview in early June, and got admission confirmation by late June.
Faculty
The faculty is almost all PhD’s who are doing research in various fields. As they are doing research, the material taught is modern and teaching is generally good. Like all colleges we also have some profs who aren’t that great, but we also have TAs to help us in our doubts.
