Course Curriculum Overview

We studied under APJ Abdulkalam technological university. It's similar to IIT curriculam and it is very relevent. 3 Internal exams and final exam are conducted in every semester. Alot of practical sections are there which help to become professional. Industrial visit is allowed in 2nd year.

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Placement Experience

Avarage of 150 students per year get placement. More than 10 companies come to college. Especially IT companies come.

College Day, All india tech fest, sports, onam, newyr, Holy, freshers day. o nam is celebrated grantly. Freshers day is energetic, Yearly tech fest is very famous. 3day fest is excellent. college day and holy are colourful days. Students from whole south india comes in fest.

Kerala gov fees is followed. online and offline mode of fee payment is available. Fee reciept is given from office. No other additional charges are applied. Managemnt seats are also available. There you have to pay admission fee. Fee payment is fully transparent.

Yes. Applied through office. College give notice about every scholership and college is scholership friendly.

Campus Life

There is gender descrimination. No of girls is more than boys. Alot of workshops of robotics, AI, etc are conducted. There is alot of clubs, music dance, drama, science, english etc. Campus is ragging free. Election is conducted every year in every class. College union is active.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni is supportive. A ulmni meet is conducted every year. Even very old alumni is still active and support campus.

Admission

It's one of the top 5 engineering colleges of kerala. It's an aided engineering college and fee is same as gov colleges. Faculty is best. A dmission is through kerala entrance exam. Pass percentage is above average. There is alot of placements. An average of 150 students get placement every year.

Faculty

Faculty is best. Every class is result oriented. A very well experienced group of faculty is available. They are always available for doubt clearence. They give works related to practical knowledge and stand with students in every academic point. An average of 40 hours will be availabe per subject.

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

I had applied for top colleges in Kerala for Engineering studies. I got admitted to NSSCE. I'm so glad that I'm a student of NSSCE. Admission to NSS College of Engineering. Mainly through KEAM Entrance examination conducted by the government of Kerala: General Quota, Reservation Quota are through KEAM Entrance examination of that year. You should have good marks in PCM subjects in the 12th standard. You should perform well in the KEAM Entrance examination of that year. Try solving Objective questions as many as possible. You definitely have to work hard to get admission to premium colleges like NSSCE. Management Quota admission: Should have good marks in 12th standard.
