Remarks

They are so simple like us. They taught us not to greed in life.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

This is so much simple institution as located in village area. I was also Arts stream and a simple student. So not drive me to do such big things. Even it not helps us professional. Being a normal student we just want to pass the exam as we have to find job after graduation to survive.

Placement Experience

1.5

Truly speaking there were no placement at that time in our college. Previously I said it was simple college just for passing out the course that I am GRADUATE.

College Events

2.5

As we were in our old days have spent in college, so then we dont have not much cultural program like now. At the begin there was Freshers meet which called in Bengali NABIN BARAN to allow fresher in college. That was in august. Then in December it was SOCIAL. Specially it was performed by any Orchestra team or Any Named Artist. And in January there was Saraswati Puja, the Bengali Valentine's day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Actually at that time mobile phone or online payment mode was not available in our college. Only one way for paymnt was giving cash by hand. So we need to stand in line one by one for hours to deposit fees. May be now online payment mode can accept for new generation.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, there was scholarship but that was avail for only meritorious student. Not for us. As we were middle level student.

Campus Life

2

No there was no difference between girls and boys. It is also co ed college. Also dont had religon problem. But it had that time political issue. Most of the student union lobbying for there students to get their benefits or other things. Most of the student belongs to poor family. So they try to adjust their own things with other.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

We have option hostel for share. But we didnot take as we were local student. But also it have facilities like gym, indoor sports like carrom, table tennis, cards playing etc. There are sharing long rooms for students to live jointly. Having 50 rooms at that time. Now it may be increase with time.

Alumni/Alumna

There are several student union under political group. They led students to various path to education view & political view.

Admission

I am local resident. So no other option to go any where. Also monetary issue was the big issue for me as my Papa was low salaried person. He is no more right now. So all this pressurised me to admit in this institution for low cost, no travel cost as near to my home. Thats it.

Faculty

4

No as the simple institute my college not provide us any extra facilities that I can stand by my own. Really sadful for me. There was so much professor or lecturer to guide us that take this route you can walk smoothly. At that time technology was not so high like today. Apart from this my college is best to me as I lived my best time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I used to read so many novels from my childhood and that inspired me in getting attracted to this field. We used to have the fecility of having seminar in the end of every month after compleating of each lessons. And this process helped us in true education. After every year professors from differnt parts of the country used to come for a seminer for overall groth of the students. Actually is theory teaching style is followed in the college, according to me some developments in the practical teaching can be used. Semister is held at the end of every six months and the exams are used to be moderate in nature.
