Remarks

The management is a little rude to students and it's mostly teacher oriented. But good opportunity for students to organize events etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is very relevant because our curriculum is based on Western Michigan University's curriculum. As mentioned, since it is a flagship course, credit transfer and other attractive opportunities are available for the students. Any changes in the course is brought by Western Michigan University only. Other courses are also available which is specialization in other field.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are offered at the end of the 3 year course and the placements is the reason for the popularity of christ University. We were also offered an internship opportunity from a few universities.

College Events

The college holds many in house and inter college events for technical as well as management background. Christ as a whole with all three campuses as well organises fests. The biggest management fest hosted goes to international level where more than 150 colleges participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For Finance and international business, the few structure is quite expensive. Spcially for foreign students. As compared to other colleges offering similar courses, the fees is almost 2.5 times the amount. This structure is however lesser for other specializations.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have opted for studnet loan from a personal bank account. The college does not offer scholarship based on merit or however. However a relaxation is given to students who cannot afford it, the college reviews the application.

Campus Life

The gender ratio is satisfactory. The boys to girls ration is 1:2 in my class. It is the opposite in others. Diversification wise, students come from all over india and even abroad. A lot of international students are seen. There is no diversification on basis of economic status.

Hostel Facilities

Yes, there are a lot if PGs around. With the rent of 13,000 per months. Amenities are those required by a student. College has hostel only for boys and christ hall is known for its strictness. Hostel seats are few but they keep regulating the students on basis of behavior.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the alumni stays in contact on a personal basis. The college does not provide any platform for it. But the seniors are helpful.

Admission

Online application in the month of april, then written exam, interview and micro presentation in may. The written exam was like that of any other management school but in the interview and on the basis of the micro presentation, a lot of students got eliminated. BBA F&IB is the flagship course, thus selected.

Faculty

The faculty has enough qualification but not much of experience. A program for the teachers to continue their PHD along with teaching is seen as in many reputed universities. So a lack of experience in teaching is common. However, they all come as a source of great knowledge.

Likes

The environment in the college is really good, there is no ragging and discipline is taken seriously
The facilities provided by the college like auditorium, library, amphitheatre, labs, classroom with smartboards and proper internet connection
The faculty here are really understanding and provide real life examples which makes learning easier and way more fun

Dislikes

Attendance is mandatory in the college which includes having atleast 75% of attendance.
There is a dresscode in college and we have to dress in formal attire only
College is far from house which makes it difficult to reach on time if traffic is there

Placement Experience:

There are 240+ companies that come for placements which include Deloitte, KPMG, Neolntelli, Grant Thornton, etc.. There are few students who even opt for going to further studies instead of getting placed... The highest package offered is 9LPA whereas the average package is around 6LPA.

Likes

I like the campus So much the infrastructure . They have amphitheater where we can sit and enjoy the nature ,the fresh air and students also meet up which helps in networking
I like the faculties here, they are so polite and good teachers who help us in studies whenever I need. They are easily approachable
I like the facilities that are provided here like foods, cleanliness, hygiene, faculties behavior

Dislikes

I don't like the strict rules like attendance have to 75 above

Placement Experience:

In our college we get placement from 5th semester there are 240 companies where student gets placement like big 4 companies, infosys,google,etc In our college 80%- 90% students get placed but other students go for higher studies after their bachelor After getting my bachelor degreeI will get a job

Likes

The faculty is very friendly and always encourage us to speak up in class and be more confident.
There are a lot of events that take place, most of which are conducted by students themselves.
The hostel is located in the campus itself so it makes going and coming quicker and safer too.

Dislikes

The attendance is very strict about attendance
The classes can feel tiring especially if you aren't habituated to sitting for more than one hour in one place

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements in the 3rd year that is during the 5th semester. Many companies such as Deloitte, Infosys, Grant Thornton, EY as well as Goorej are some of the most prominent industries. There is also a one week immersion with IIM Bangalore as well as a 10 day program in Singapore.

We have faculties who take interest in teaching students and they provide relatable examples
The dress code is not as strict as in other colleges.
Awesome infrastructure and presence of greenery everywhere in the campus

Dislikes

Hectic schedules and classes from morning till evening
Not enough interval between the classes.
No playground, stationary shops and not enough printing availability within the campus

Placement Experience:

The average placement salary is 900000 rupees for BBA and BCom. They have placement cell for training the students to get placed in very good companies. Nearly 154 companies come to ISME for placement. Some students prefer to do their post graduate course abroad

Likes

The fees structure is very affordable for me and the fees for this kind of quality education is what I would really appreciate.
The intership opportunities and the placement records is also a very distinctive thing of our college
The faculty is very approachable and experienced and teach us real world skills along with the academics.

Dislikes

The college is very disciplined in terms of attendance and it is mandatory to maintain 75% attendance

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities from our college are amazing as the average package is around 700000 and the highest is around 900000. We even have a lot of value added certification couses which will give a boost to our CV. Many renowned companies such has Grand Throthon and the BIG four companies have came for placements.

The location advantage is something you can't afford to miss, as in Bengaluru you always have loads of opportunities
The campus and its ambience is one of the beast you can locate in the bengaluru proximity. It is safe, sound and enjoyful.
The mentors, teachers are very approachable and always ready to help you whenever needed.

Dislikes

Discipline is a factor which will always be in count here and you need to have a attendence above 75%.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is excellent there is 100% record of those students who choose to sit for the interviews or jobs. The average package for BBA is 7,00,000 and highest is 9,00,000. The big companies that visit are Delloite, KPMG etc.

The first thing i love the infrastructure of ISME and then the facultys and then also the batch size is less which we are getting personalized attention and more
The campus life is modern and it feels good and everyone in the campus are friendly and worth to make new connections.
The placement in ISME is good as a business school and they also have tied up with more top companies like KPMG etc...and the placement here is totally good

Dislikes

The only thing i disliked from my personal experience in ISME is attendance...because this attendance is soo mandatory here and strict in attendance
Also the campus is slightly far away when you are from the city

Placement Experience:

The placement in our collage is actually good ...even ug students who want to get a job after ug...isme is placeing the ug also in top companies and the placement here is really good and most of them getting placed in top companies

Syllabus does not have depth and clarity

In my course 3,4 and 6th semesters are internshisp amd it's mandatory to do. For the placement department has track record and very effective. I'm planning to move on hospitality field and taking interview.

Academic Excellence: The College Offers Multiple Range Of Course For The Streams And Programmes the college staff is also very knowledgeable and some members are also so helpful that coordinate with students and help them meet the modern technology
Values and Character Building: St. Aloysius College places significant emphasis on character development, ethics, and social responsibility. The focus on values, social service, and community involvement enhances the overall student experience.
Extracurricular Activities :- The college also organised a variety range of cultural activities and various clubs were formed which organised a variety of events and fest that is also helpful as a part of experience in this stream .

Dislikes

Placement Opportunities:- while the college does not offer a placement support expanding their network with various industries and provide more carrier opportunity should be helpful but the placement is not as we want lack of career counseling.
Modernization :- Continuous improvement in the technology is needed for better learning and also for proper knowledge of the students the labs need to be updated with new technology
Infrastructure and Area :- The Infrastructure needs to be expanded in both the field that is sports and the learning providing suitable area for sports activities and equipment for students is also needed to focus on their activities as well.

Placement Experience:

Talking about The Campus Placement Of St. Aloysius College, the students are eligible to sit in the campus placement after the end of their 5th Semester. The Eligibility requirements that the students need to fulfill for the placement are:- 1. Students need to pass every Semester With no Exam, or we can say ATKT. 2. Students With 7.5 CGPA in their Past Semester Are Only Eligible For Sitting In The Campus Placement. The Highest Package Of My Stream last Year was from The Finance Stram that is Of 3,00,000 Per Annum and the Average Package Is 1,50,000 Per Annum . Every Year, 45% of the students get the placement.

I love the campus it has lots of figurines, and visuals etc
The canteen is really great looking and serves awesome food
There's sitting area almost everywhere and washrooms everywhere for convenience.

Dislikes

Washrooms are a bit dirty and unclean sometimes.
The canteen food was sometimes found to give food poisoning to students.
Campus is too small, cud be bigger to take strolls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester which is the second last semester. Infosys, Indigo, Aditya Birla, Wipro, IBM, TCS, Cipla, and Domino's have visited the clg as far as I remember. The median package awarded to UG (3 years) and PG (2 years) during placements 2022 stood at INR 4.5 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA Garden City University placed 146 PG (2 years) and 388 UG (3 years) students overall. I wanna open my own restaurant chain after degree.

Ok so when it comes to BSc Life Sciences as a course I think in Karnataka I guess only 3 educational institutions provide one is Christ University, Mount Carmal College(MCC) and Atria University as of I know . As soon as i got to know I applied and ya I got selected in all three (that was surprising for me too) so I got a chance to choose so I had to do it wisely finacially , reputation , facilites, campus etc I considered so Atria was out of my list even tho it had many plus points just because it was too expansive for me , they charged around 3L per year which was too much when compared MCC and Christ .So now why did I choose Christ over MCC this was simple , Christ is a university and had an option of Honers with research and I also got a schlorship here worth 20,000 and ya they have their way of selection which you can find them on their website and ya it is also clear there so you will not have a problem understanding it....Read More

Christ College Life: A Rollercoaster Full of experience

I chose this college over other law colleges because this provides a good location advantage, and also it has a great reputation, also it provides really good future opportunities. This college also provides better placements than other colleges. Other colleges that were better than this college are national law universities, but I was not able to get admission there because my CLAT rank was not high enough to get admission. The college is good interms of development of the students as it focuses on the allover development of the students. But when it comes to studies it is very difficult for the students to manage.
