Remarks

Very good college to study in. The infrastructure is going to be the best in Bangalore soon.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is based on bits pilani and the proffesers are from bits pilani and under them so many professors and staff are working to make university in a great vision We have the exam like test 1 and test 2 and semester exam for every semsiter Test 1 is of 20% Test 2 is of 20% Assignment is of 20% semester exam is of 40% weightage

Placement Experience

3.5

There were nearly 50-60 companies that visited our campus for my course. Generally three rounds will be held first being aptitude test followed by a technical round and hr round being the final round. This is only the second passout batch of my college and so this year out of 300 eligible students almost 200+ got placed. The institutions too atmost care to get the students placed. There were various training programs and courses that were offered free of cost for the students to improve their skills.

College Events

5

A number of events are organized in the institutions. Meraki is the college fest that happens once a year. Many technical and management festivals also take place and the participation is pretty good. Other events such as under-25 and neha kakar concert were all a huge hit.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The program fee at the time of joining for me was 172500 per year. There are no additional fees that had to be paid to secure admission to my course. Yes my college provides transparency in the fee breakdown. The mode of payments accepted in my college varied time to time. Now it is either online payment or card payment

Fees and Financial Aid

For the first year based on my inter marks and EAMCET marks they have given me 35k scholarship and I don't have any idea about loan

Campus Life

4

My college have given an equal importance for both male and female in the campus. There is jo sorts of ragging in the campus. The gender ratio approximately being 65-35 male to female. There is a form that needs to be filled during registration every year i.e no ragging form signed by the student as well as their parents in order to maintain the gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic equality.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Yes I have opted for hostel at the time of my joining for a flat there were 6 members are allocated in our hostel it is like appartment of 4 floors and the food is good At that time the cost is 75000 per year But now for 3 sharing 1lakh 5 thousand and for 2 sharing 1 lakh 15 thousand per room

Alumni/Alumna

My college seniors guided me through their experience and taught me how to secure good grades. Not only that but also supported me through other aspects of life too.

Admission

I got addmission through management quota in this university. I have paid 25k for the seat reservation they have taken amount and gave the seat. Onces I visited the college the original recipts they have given to me with all dissucion of my course I got seat.

Faculty

5

There were around 30+ faculties for my course. The average age being 40-45. And almost all of the faculties holding PhD. The faculties dealing a subject would have in depth knowledge of the subject. Some of the lectures had industrial experience too.

Placement Experience:

The institute records an impressive average package of ~INR 7.20 LPA and the highest packages reaching up to INR 53.50 LPA. The college actively drives employability through a dedicated 'Talent Transformation Hub'. Campus Placements Overview CIT is known for its solid industry connections, resulting in 80–90% placement rates annually. Top Recruiters: Companies like Accenture, Infosys, HP, Amazon, and Samsung. The Process: The placement cell conducts specialized skill-building boot camps and provides structured mentorship to ensure students are corporate-ready by graduation. If Placements Fall Short: Employability & Alternative Plans Even though CIT consistently places the vast majority of its batch, students who do not secure on-campus job offers (or wish to pursue other paths) have robust support through: Startup & Entrepreneurial Initiatives: CIT has an active E-Cell and a business connection to help budding founders. The Talent Transformation Hub focuses on practical knowledge needed to start a business. Higher Education: Students frequently leverage the college's alumni network and faculty mentorship to prepare for competitive exams like GATE, or to apply for Master's programs (MS, M.Tech) in India or abroad. Off-Campus Drives & Internships: Students are encouraged to undertake industry internships and live projects to build their portfolios, making it easier to land off-campus roles at top tech companies.

This is the best part. The whole point of niat program is to get a study for the job. It's not like the old system where you chill for 3 years and panic in the 4th year. All the learning here are very different. From the first day itself we will be doing coding.
