Remarks

My college is the best educational institution for me. There are all kinds of facilities here. But sometimes management works slowly.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I have to complete my course in 3 to 6 years. The course name is CBSE. This course requires 4 exams a year. Two internal and two external tests. If you pass with 12 exams, the graduate will end. However, the external examination has to be given in one's own college and the internal examination has to be given in another designated college.

Placement Experience

4.5

Our college is run by the government of West Bengal. About 85 percent of students graduate from my campus each year. The college is suitable for any season.

College Events

5

Our college hosts various cultural events and sports competitions. I participate in them. Cultural events include dancing, singing, drama, etc. I participate in various sports in the annual sports competition of the college, Such as running, basketball, cricket, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

There is a set time for admission to our college. Determines a fee within that period and additional fees as time passes. Like I was admitted with 3300 rupees in time. But my friend passed the time and was admitted with a fee of 4500 rupees. If someone ever has an important problem then the college waives the extra fee for it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, The college offers scholarship opportunities to students. 80% of marks were allotted for the scholarship.

Campus Life

4

You will see boys and girls together on our college campus. Students of any caste can choose the subject as per their wish. Girls are ahead in terms of culture. The boys are ahead in terms of sports. Both boys and girls study science together. The college has student political parties.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

No, I did not choose the hostel. However, I have heard that those who choose hostels have 2 or 4 people in one room. There is nothing wrong with eating. Yes, there are fewer hostel rooms. Because there are fewer students in the college like staying in a hostel. Everyone comes to college almost from their own home.

Alumni/Alumna

We can learn a lot from college alumni. They help us with various tasks. Everyone is interested in collaborating with each other.

Admission

This college is close to my house and it is an admirable college. I wanted to study journalism, so I was admitted to this college because I had journalism. Besides, I have studied History, Political Science, Bengali, English, Environmental Studies.

Faculty

5

Our college admits students of all classes. For college admission, the result in higher secondary should be more than 35%. Determines the admission fee every two semesters. Must be over 18 years old for college admission. Any course must be completed within 3 to 5 years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always wanted to persue English as a career. I love studying English but not a big fan of the new curriculum by NEP that includes a lot pf irrelevant papers. The semesters are not consistent. Odd semesters usually have a lot of time like 6-8 months but even semesters barely consist of 2-3 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I used to read so many novels from my childhood and that inspired me in getting attracted to this field. We used to have the fecility of having seminar in the end of every month after compleating of each lessons. And this process helped us in true education. After every year professors from differnt parts of the country used to come for a seminer for overall groth of the students. Actually is theory teaching style is followed in the college, according to me some developments in the practical teaching can be used. Semister is held at the end of every six months and the exams are used to be moderate in nature.
