Entrance Preview

Common enterance test for BJMC in IP university 2004 was the peek of media industry that time the industry was one of the fastest growing learning more and knowing more about society and people always fascinates me so media was the best medium.

Course Curriculum Overview

Very creative lots of practical work we leaned while doing it writing skills, language, history, constitutional study, cinema camera and lighting video editting graphic design, movie making, radio and TV broadcast.

Placement Experience

Bloomberg TV, NDTV, ET Now, TV Today group, Times Network, Top movie production houses in mumbai Phantom films, yash raj films, red chillies etc.

Highest package was 1200000 per annum and 300000 per annum is average package. The placement cell of our college is functional and active. The chances depend on the course that you have opted for. The placements are really good for commerce, economics, Maths, Stats but for the other department's students it might be a bit challenging to find a company of their domain. The students become eligible to sit in placement from 5th semester. The companies that visit my college are Godrej, BCG, McKinsey, Nation with Namo, Blackstone, Accenture, KPMG, EY, citibank, microsoft and Amazon etc.

The Glimpse of DSJ

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate my course four out of five because in journalism is a field where people are not about so much. The main stream media does not show the real problems and challengs of the country. They live in a bubble of their own. Many of the times they provide miss information to the people which hurts the hearts of the people. They do not cover multiple aspects of media. The exams in the daj is not so hard you can easily pass it by just 4 to 5 days of preparation.

I took IPU CET for BJMC in year 2014, I got rank 3727. I opted for this college because of its image of having excellent teaching staff and excelling in academics. We were asked to do choice filling of the desired colleges. Then total 3 counselling list came in which each college listed rank in every category in which they will take admission. I got MBICEM in third counselling list and I was happy to be a part of this college.
