Course come under new education policy ( nep) , which make it more practical based. We get regular chance for news visits but not by college, Seniors organized its. Field visit makes this course more interesting.

DSJ has a placement cell that helps students find jobs in well-known media companies after they graduate. But only after completing masters. The growing network of DSJ alumni in the media industry provides current students with valuable networking opportunities and mentorship.

Placement of our college is pretty good almost 80% students get good placement but at the same time its very important to know that you will get college placement at end of you masters as DSJ provides Five year integrated programme in journalism. If you exit your college after bachelor you might get placement from outside campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for one year is 69000. Which is quite high when comparing to other du colleges. You will get chance for scholarships specially if you lies in category like ST, SC, OBC etc. Also there is Vc scholarship.

Campus Life

DSJ offers a mix of classroom learning and hands-on practice in journalism, covering everything from writing articles to working in TV and online media.Being part of Delhi University, students can join various clubs and activities, making their college life enjoyable and diverse.

Admission

For admission you have to give cuet exam with subjects 1 language ( English/ hindi) + general test. The cutoff for Delhi School Of Journalism is very low. You have higher chances to get this college easily.

Faculty

Faculty members are not permanent they are on guest basis. Even they are quest but education is overall good. Class happen regularly and there is proper schedule alloted for classes . Overall it is good.

Placement Experience:

The college has really more to do with its placement cell because students are not getting opportunities as they expect. The companies which come for placement drive are from limited domains and they also offer very normal package.

If you are lucky you got internship or placement in first semester there was college uplaod google form for internship time to time in which student fill the form and lucky student got the internship and after getting the degree if college give you not placement you give resume for company you got good job from this college degree

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is good, the facilities are good, there is an audio studio on the college campus, professors focus on practical learning, there is a club for communication students that is a media club that comprises a film club, photography club, podcast, and many more. The faculty here comes to have so much media knowledge also.

90? children getting tha placement. But i don't know how much but there is so many student . Who are doing very well in media field. If you are doing very well then very semester student are eligible for placement. My plan after getting the degree. I will go for internship in channel. And then I'll do hard work but i want to become journalism

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus placement after their 3rd - 4th semester. The highest package we got is about 300000 annually. As most of the students get placed in very good companies. After getting this degree I'm going to work in this field as I'm interested in video editing.

Remarks:

Our college is one of the best Mass Communication colleges in Delhi. It offers various mass communication courses that include Mass Communication, Advertisement, Journalism, TV News Reading and Anchoring, Radio Jockeying, Videography and etc. The college provides both theoretical and practical training.
