Remarks

I choosed this college because, firstly it comes under Delhi University, which is undoubtedly among the best universities of Asia. And secondly, I was highly interested into BJMC, which was the 3rd best in Kalindi college among all the colleges of Delhi University.

Course Curriculum Overview

My college has always been up to date. My syllabus, assignments were always on time. They provided a good exposure by giving us projects through which we can explore ourself much. They took us to various organisations like Doordarshan and fever 104, lots of people come across during mass communication whom you can communicate with and develop that confidence into yourself to deal with the outer world. Lots of seminars take place in our college in which speakers from all over India come and give motivational lectures based on the particular course.

Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

Our college offers lesser placements as compared. But whatever number the placements are offered, they are good and competitive. One must have a complete set of skills to face the placement interview and to pass it. There are organisations like DD and media organisations who come to our college for the placements. The average placement score is 20 students over 40 approx.

Lots of campus events took place during my graduation. Almost 15,20 cultural events take place in the college every year. Events like dancing events, singing events, and being particular about our course,lots of photography and video making competitions and seminars took place to motivate all of us.

SRCC has one of the best campuses and our basketball court is so famous that many movies too have been promoted and shot there. Our campus is big too and our auditorium is such that many top personalities have come and spoken there. Even leaders like Barrack Obama too had an interaction with SRCC students in an open air event.

Kalindi: The off Campus Star of DU !

There were several Reasons to choose Kalindi: It's an all girls college so it felt comparatively more Safer than the Co-ed ones. Also, this might be an unpopular opinion but the Boys were not there to make mischiefs so there was a good built-in environment for Study. Girls were there to manage each and everything. Either it was NCC, NSS, Sports, Societies or even Student Union, girls were incharge of literally everything and it used to feel very proud and wholesome. Cuet is the eligibility. Like 70-80% percentile in physics can get you in kalindi. Application are announced nearly in March- april. This exam happens once a year. Cuet have a bit of lengthier and time taking admission procedure but it's worth it....Read More
