Remarks

The infrastructure of the college is not that good but it's not that bad either. We have just good size classrooms. Labs are not very big but have very good equipments, perfect working computers with an internet connection. The library is not very big but is good and has sufficient space for a few students. Sports is encouraged amongst the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Teachers are very good and very helpful. Teachers do not discriminate at all, they love every student equally. We are taught to respect everything in our college and outside too. Teachers very well know the ways that would help a student to grasp a subject effectively and efficiently.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are above average in my college, specifically in this particular course. During the past years, I've seen and have heard that students were offered great positions and placement offers by some big companies. About eighty to eighty-five students get placed in their desired companies or positions.

College Events

4.5

The infrastructure of our college is good as college consists of various cultural rooms and sports rooms. The drawback is that there is no hostel facility, and also the surrounding of the campus is not good. Our college is out of the main campus, and due to which many students face problems in our batch. Other than this, facilities like library, canteen, medical facilities, etc, are great.

Placement Experience:

placement and internship fares are regularly conducted on campus where various companies which are mostly start-ups visit to recruit students for internships and entry level roles. Students become eligible for internships from the first year itself. placement opportunities are generally available after the completion of the full degree and only final year. Students are eligible to apply for full-time rules. last during our last internship and placement fair over 20 companies visited and recruited almost 150 candidates. There are no separate records distinguishing internship from placement. The highest package reported for economics honours is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is approximately five lakhs per annum. As per my future plans,I intend to pursue a masters degree after completing my undergraduate course.

Placement Experience:

For USME, FMCG and Financial companies are the ones which are put in place. The only reason is that those are the companies where we can add value and placements of both courses of USME happens together and combined if I say around 75% students are placed. My plan though is to join GIPE after my graduation ends this year.

DTU because East campus is more known for USME placements revolve around us. Now core companies of our sectors are the ones that deals with finance, insurance or stocks. So nearly 20-30 companies of that space or sector hires over 100 students of BAE every year.

Our college has a very active and effective placement cell. Major companies like Goldman Sachs, Bain among many others come on campus for not just placements but also internships. Average and Median packages are between 8 and 10 lakh per annum, with highest packages going up to 25 lakhs. Many also go for postgraduate education, such as MBA after CAT, or to reputed colleges like the DSE for MA.
